My George order was delivered by the courier on Thursday evening but the store haven’t informed me as yet, but it’s there & machines still saying not arrived!!! Very poor service… where exactly is my order ??

Poor service Poor quality of food Tables dirty Can’t believe how disrespectful the staff are… ignorant & down right rude. No please no thank you.. no communication were things are to proceed to self serve.. Toasted tea cake & cup of tea. Tea cake was cheaply made no flavour… cold butter rock solid.. tea in a cup made for a child also cold. Area to make drinks messy … no milk available… Tables dirty … floor wet & dirty no signs out for wet floor. I work in the community & frequent cafes to keep hydrated take a breather from my hectic job.. safe to say I will not be going back to Asda Long Eaton … safe to say I didn’t eat my tea cake nor finish the tea…

ASDA!ASDA!!ASDA!!! I am one of your LAW ABIDING customer who loyally spend between £70 - £100 per week at Asda LONG EATON. And we are being treated like criminals.The amount of times we were stopped last year for no reason, and guess what we were stopped again today for no reason.STOP or tweek your alarm system. Or you will be loosing more and more customers.I'm beginning to feel that this is personal from some of your security personnel.

No customer service in Long Eaton store today. Asked for help and asda colleague shrugged shoulders and told me to see customer services. Went there twice calls put out for help no one came at all despite customer waiting message. Gave up in the end. I only wanted 6pt milk as the crates were empty. Staff mill around not particularly Doing anything. Now that should confirm why so many customers are moving to Tesco. Me included !! Much better service !

The click and collect is round the back not accessable via the main carpark. Its easy to find and your a total idiot if you can't, or at least thats the impression customer sevices gave me when i asked. Just follow the very small unlit signs which are before you enter the carpark at a point when you arnt really looking for them. Luckily, i needed to go in the store anyway to get the item off the shelf that the click and collection didnt bother to pick up. Dont think ill be rushing back. Thanks Anyway.

I think Asda's mince pies are the worst I have tasted...the pastry has a strange aftertaste..in the relegation zone of supermarket mince pies....

I was shopping at Asda Long Eaton on Wednesday. I went to self checkout and found I had no purse. The staff were wonderful. They checked my shopping trolley and then they checked everywhere I had been. Bev (I think is a supervisor)came with me to check my car. I was really lucky because my purse had fallen out in the car. By this time I was nearly in tears. Bev came back into the shop with me. Got my shopping through the till. Then came and loaded my shopping into the car. The young lady on the information desk was also very helpful and asked all staff to check the floor as they were working and asked till people to notify her if it was handed in. She also took my name and phone number to notify me if it turned up. All your staff were wonderful. I’m in my late 60’s and disabled and was treated so well. Used café this morning to find 1 member of staff having to serve cook and clear which I had no issue with her but Asda need to staff the café better as I watched 2 customers leave in the queue as the 1 member of staff could not be everywhere! More staff Asda!

Got stopped by security today. As I tried to find a way out of Asda the alarms went off. This is not a store I visit and it is not clear how to exit especially as I hadn't purchased anything as they hadn't got what I wanted! I was just leaving the same way I came in. Horrible experience.

Brigitte GallagherI am sitting in the restaurant right this minute after having problems with my mobility scooter, I asked if I could charge it they told me no it has to be pat tested, I have absolutely no way of getting home since I am disabled and cannot walk to the bus stop, customer service was not very helpful, when I burst into tears so now I am sitting here waiting for my husband to pick me up in me hours time, I won’t be shopping here again the people were not at all concerned with my problems even at the restaurant I tried to get a cup of tea clearly very upset and the woman behind the counter was indifferent to me what’s happened to kindness, utterly disgusted!!!!!

Hello Asda Long Eaton Team, Incident Date : 8th Oct Sunday at around 2.I am Jithin who lives in Long Eaton and a very very regular shopper to Asda Long Eaton because of accessibility, availability and quality.In the recent times I have been facing radical and unpleasant experience from the Security officer/lady at the Entrance.Today's case was very unethical - Me and my friend were shopping and didn't realize we hopped all our items into an old man's trolley. We didn't realize this until we dropped our items into the car. You can check the cctv at the parking as well.As we realized this isn't our items we managed to quickly come over to the security to hand over the items to the right person.The security lady just quickly reacted by using terms like you were the guys who stole the items and used the words "stealing" "stole" multiple times. We had to explain her that we don't have any intention as such and it is a pure mistake. She wasn't ready to accept it and still was using phrases like "if it's not yours why did you steal"This isn't something I am ready to accept as a regular shopper at Asda. I wish the Asda team really takes this as a serious issue and take a stringent action on the lady.Let me know if this is addressed

Hi Team, this is in regarding the Women(Security) who stands near the Exit, After My Billing today by mistakly put my stuff in another Trolley and went out and was putting my stuff in car then realized one bag was not mine, so I went back to return the stuff to security women who will be near exit so instead of thanking me she started creating scene by telling I STOLE it , I think she does not understand what is stealing and what is returning back. I Request Asda to take strick action against this women .This is not good part on customers these people do . Thank you
