The staff really knew about coffee and took their work seriously, but weren't at all high minded, just had a love and passion for coffee I have not seen in awhile.
I love coffee, though I don't drink nearly as much as I used to, I loved studying, reading, learning, and finding out all I could.
This place knew coffee, but still it felt like going to a gathering. People were incredibly friendly, very welcoming, even the customers made me feel at home in a way I have not experienced since moving here.
My new favourite place to go as often as possible. Absolutely wonderful place.
Wish I took a before picture, because the layers where absolutely stunning. But I hadn't had the drink in so long, and I was absolutely enamoured with the service, I had to sip before I realized I forgot a before photo!

They had a variety of vegetarian meals and their aubergine dish was delicious as were the rest. I'd definitely recoend visiting here. Thank you for the lovely food.

101 Derby Rd, Long Eaton, NottinghamThis is a discrete but friendly small pub, offering an opportunity to have a quiet drink and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby Long Eaton town centre. I visited on a Monday evening from about 7.20pm, expecting it to be empty but not only finding a small crowd in both the lounge and the bar, but acoustic entertainment being performed live in one corner. However, I had no difficulty in receiving prompt and diligent service at the bar for myself and two friends in need of refreshment and snacks.
It is convenient to those who wish to explore the Erewash Canal and the many interesting sights to be seen from its towpath running all the way from the centre of Nottingham to Langley Mill in the Amber Valley. The Mill and Brook represents a handy stop off to anyone heading in either direction; with a short walk to the town centre shops too.

5 Tamworth Rd, Long Eaton, NottinghamNever been to HK but love Cantonese food and some people who have helped me cook Asian food run a market in Derby are from HK.
So I was really excited to try this as its totally different from our usual British cafe. My Gurkha friends always say they enjoying it in HK when they were stationed there.
Very nice enjoyable food, very odd coming into Long Eaton centre now and its quiet and no one about, unlike 30 years ago.
If you want something different and tasty give them a try, the menu is in English to. Be polite and speak slowly when ordering, its hard translating as I know such as Nepali isnt my first language.
You might find it a little odd compared to usual local cafes, but remember its from a different world to the UK. Thats why I came, to be somewhere I cannot afford to go to easily.

There is no way he got food poisoning from us.
All our meat is fresh and well cooked. If he did get ill, he never got it from us. I know there is a stomach bug going around. I know quite a few people that have had it.
If there was something wrong with the food how come he was the only one that got ill.

I've ordered lots of different things (the Hog So Chicken is awesome) and it's always been really good! I've just noticed some of the reviews here on Google and I'm shocked at some of the things people have said. For all the times I've ordered, they've delivered in record time, it's been hot and fresh just about every time. Seriously I've ordered a lot!
