I popped in as I fancied a coffee frap got to be the best one I've ever had made to perfection. All the staff are amazingly friendly I'm not surprised it's so popular. Thank you for a lovely experience

The standards across the board at this Costa are always high. Clean and welcoming the team are always on the ball, in particular Rhys, he works hard is well organised and efficient. He can reduce a long queue with his efficient service really quickly. As well as making each persons visit a pleasant one.

visited today Wednesday 14th June 2023. Been many times over the yeard but 1st time for a while. Long queue, slow service but the cold drinks were nice. we sat near the door and lots of people came in saw the queue and left.A lot of possible sales lost

Such lovely staff, yes it's a big giant corporate chain but the staff make it feel like a little local cafe.I sat in today and the amount of people who came in and staff straight away said "hi *name* usual?" was crazy. It was busy and they just banged out orders, they saw one girl come in and by the time she got to the till she only had to pay and take the tray away as they knew what the whole order would be.They genuinely seem to get on with each other and it's just nice to seeOf course if they ask if you want cream or marshmallows in your drink it's going to cost more, why would that be free? It's called up selling. I pay extra for jam with my croissant...... why? Because jam costs money.Yes it's noisy it's a busy vibrant place and making coffee is noisy, it's clean and decent and I don't understand the negative comments.
