Racist!!! Walked in and we were waiting to be served and got ignored by one of the staff (Even he saw us walked in and he acted like we were not even there, no greeting, he just blank us. Until the lady turn around and notice us at the counter which she was very nice to us. After that there was another customer walked in, the staff who did not pay any attention to us one of his custermer suddenly greeting a new customer like we were not even exist in his eyes. It’s made us feel very uncomfortable, I assumed because of my friend is wearing hijab and I am a oriental looking lady)

Bought a salad box from here a few weeks ago, the gentleman in the shop was absolutely lovely and this was one of the best salads I have ever had. Will be back!

Can't argue with how popular this place is with the offices across the road. Can find queues through out the day as it's the best local place to go to for lunch. Not cheaply priced, but locally sourced food and freshly made every day makes up for the cost though today's climate is probably more at fault there. Customer experience always good.

I bought a business on smedley street east 2 years ago and the deli is my go to lunch spot. All the staff are fabulous! They're helpful, kind and happy. Always a great selection of salads and sandwich fillings. Proper meat from the butchers and fresh bread. My favourite is the rocky road ! I eat alot of it, it's become my staple on the go snack ! I tried a homemade Scotch egg recently. Amazing !! Never eaten anything like it.please visit here if your hungry and need some friendly faces and a great lunch!

The food is ok, simple lunchtime fare. Soup is an exception, not had a good one yet, but sandwiches and jacket potatoes okay. Traybakes ok, overpriced in my opinion. Coffee has improved and is fairly good. Service is slow as there is both take out and eat in provision but often seem to be only two staff on the premises.
