Three young girls messing around at back of counter. Took 15 minutes for them to make our drinks and then the iced tea wasn't even cold. No idea of hygiene either. Rude and ignorant staff. No hope if they can't even do basic maths to work out the change due.

Visited mid morning in June on a Monday and it was fairly quiet. Only 1 person in queue so had a quick chat with "mature" lady behind counter. She was super friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Shared a joke and she really made the visit a positive experience. Toilets were clean too. Other Costas could learn a thing or two.

Jus to let people know this. If you ever wanting to visit Matlock I highly recommend not to choose to go to Costa. Staff are very rude and talk about you and are really disgusting and have a high attitude with the customers.
