Absolute joke of a place.I use greggs most mornings as I'm on the go for work. I went to this greggs and had a porridge but asked for it to be with milk (which I get the choice of at ever other greggs) the guy refused to give it me and said if you want milk there's some in the jug. His attitude was disgusting and service provided was pathetic. I will not be visiting this greggs again he puts a bad name on the place

Greggs matlock very often have a cup of tea there , park near , miniature railway, boating lake, kids play area all near to Greggs.

I concur with the previous review. The last two visits on weekends have resulted with us being told the Wi-Fi has been down and is cash only. Unable to obtain a coffee via app so don’t press the use now button before entering store. Why ever this has not been resolved given the time frame is beyond me. You can pick up there’s an issue with the lack of customers in the store.

Collected a couple of "magic bags", which are very popular. Good amount of food in a bag for £2.59

Good coffee and food choices. No toilet for customers . Can eat in as well as take out but costs more to eat in. Tables could do with cleaning between use.
Been here a few times, sandwiches are fine but the hot food choices are never hot, only slightly warm.

I love this place it has amazing food but one time I had a pizza and it was cold even though it was in the oven so I asked for it to be reheated and they said no I was so disappointed in my go to fast food
