The zinc café/gift emporium is set in an old re purposed stationery shop and very reminiscent of days gone by , the zinc's atmosphere is tranquil and relaxed with a boutique style approach to your shopping experience and also has a very good selection of cards and souvenirs that are very unique and of a very high quality and are at reasonable cost for a tourist area . Fabulous food but definitely book. We went on a Wednesday about 10.45 and it was packed with people stood about waiting to pounce on any tables about to become free. Staff rushed but friendly. We had the scrambled egg with cheese and bacon. It was very nice, but if the restaurant is reading, the bacon was very overdone and dry. But didn't like complaining. Still it was very tasty. Had 2 coffees each too, and they were nice too.

A lovely afternoon spent here resting our legs after a long day out! The staff were welcoming and friendly. There were quite a few bakes on display which looked appetising! There’s also gifts and cards on display! It’s also dog friendly too. The drinks came pretty quickly and we have have some refreshments whilst watching the world go by!!
