“Lovely Parisian who spoke excellent English was very welcoming on arrival and this experience continued. We were shown to our room and they even accommodated us to move our evening meal forward. All the staff were great and considering it was very busy they were kind and attentive for the whole dinner. The drinks were also great in clean and modern glasses and care and love appeared to be put in to every meal/drink - thank you to the staff xThe room was very clean, comfortable and the TV worked well. Lovely selection of hot drinks and nice biscuits and the shower was the best.”
