First stay at this hotel and stayed in many ING hotels , greeted by receptionist- polite and very efficient Hotel was extremely busy and bar was packed & a little noisy Soon checked in and room given , room is spotless , spacious and lovely bathroom with vegan products that actually smell nice too - bonus Everything looks pretty new so I’m presuming recently refurbed but I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be sure to return Bed comfortable , bright white linen & clean carpets ( can’t stand grubby looking carpets ) Ample parking and good motorway connections Thank you ING , a happy member this evening

Very helpful friendly staff, (all staff from cleaners to front desk staff) clean comfy rooms, evening tea was decent, plenty of choice for breakfast. I would stay again.
The rooms were great and staff first class just not enough of them at breakfast, we queued for 25 min to get a cooked buffet breakfast with one member of staff filling the trays a few items at a time. It was like a cattle market and one person serving is totally unacceptable

Stayed on a Saturday night for an event. Check in was quick and easy. We had a room downstairs and right at the end of several long corridors. Room was nicely decorated and modern and very clean with all amenities I would expect. Great room for a party but the service at the bar was dreadful and very very slow. Waited about 45 mins to get served as there were only 2 young men behind the bar. People were getting very frustrated with how long it took to get drinks. The main bar in the reception area was just as bad. They ran out of pint glasses and so resorted to giving people 2 half pints when they asked for a pint. Breakfast service was not great. It was very very busy when we went for breakfast and we had to queue for a long time as food kept running out. There was a lad called "Jack" who brought out some fresh fried eggs and he was just throwing them into the big tray. I asked if he could put one on my plate and he just looked at me and said "NO", and just carried on throwing them into the big tray. Totally unacceptable attitude and very rude. Several people behind me in the queue were disgusted with how he spoke. We got fed up of waiting for bacon to come out so ended up just having the items that were available (no bacon, no mushrooms). I appreciate it was a weekend but surely they must know how many people are going to be arriving for breakfast. We only just managed to check out on time due to having to queue for about 30 minutes in the breakfast queue. A shame as most other things were very nice.

Plenty of free parking Check took a while as it was very busy but we did get a room upgrade Room was clean and tidy Comfy bed and pillows Good choices for breakfast Steam room and sauna very relaxing Great location for outlet shopping Staff all friendly and helpful What’s not to like?

First time staying at this hotel, couldn’t have asked for more, great location, great room, very comfortable bed. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were great, even the cleaners greeted you with smiles and good morning. Will definitely use again.

We can only comment on the leisure/spa area as that’s all we used. Was bought this as a 40th birthday present. “Spa day and afternoon tea” We choose this place as it was the nearest one too us. The leisure complex was a lot smaller than we thought it would be. It just generally felt abit run down. It had a small shallow pool, sauna, steam room and a jacuzzi. We used the gym which had a couple of broken machines and was abit untidy. The changing rooms definitely need an update! On a plus note. Afternoon tea was very nice and all the staff seem friendly! Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the spa facilities at this venue.
