First stay at this hotel and stayed in many ING hotels , greeted by receptionist- polite and very efficient Hotel was extremely busy and bar was packed & a little noisy Soon checked in and room given , room is spotless , spacious and lovely bathroom with vegan products that actually smell nice too - bonus Everything looks pretty new so I’m presuming recently refurbed but I’d definitely recommend and I’ll be sure to return Bed comfortable , bright white linen & clean carpets...read full review

my fiancé Nathan took me here for my safety and all staff were very friendly and help me feel safe here and got thank u all as u made feel carm I can't wait to come bk valentines day to stay again and I love it here so friendly understand me and I can't wait to sign up for the membership as feel so chilled here room is fantastic too ? ???????????
