Food good although items missing from plate,had to ask for the items that were stated in the menu. Evening bar staff couldn't be bothered to sauce out any more Merlot wine and then kept me waiting today my food bill while serving regulars with there beer. 🤔

Poor service waited 20 minutes for a menu after eating was not offered a sweet menu and had to again ask for one. Then while still eating our sweet was asked to hurry and vacate the table as it was booked for someone else. Will not be going again.

Visited family this weekend and stopped in for lunch on Sunday. Found the children’s menu very limited, especially as my kids don’t really like chips. I also found the Sunday menu limited for anyone who doesn’t eat meat. I had the option of two dishes! Roast lunch without meat or scampi with chips. I understand that Sunday menus are not as extensive as a weekly menu but this had not been thought out at all. If you’re vegan/ vegetarian your only choice is a plate of watery, boiled, overcooked vegetables.They strangely have three types of steak and ale pie on the menu which are basically all the same but different prices.

Came to celebrate our Dad's 89th birthday and we certainly wasn't disappointed. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, Dad had the whale, I don't think I've ever seen a fish so big. Thank you everyone at Holly Bush for a wonderful time.
Lovely roast dinner. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Good value for money. Will definitely come again. Too full for a dessert, but they look great. Top marks x

We had our Dad's wake here, and the staff looked after us well. The buffet was lovely and well presented. They also did a dairy free selection, which was good. They also made a lovely orange trifle, which seemed to be a big hit with everyone.Dietary restrictions: They did cater for dairy free, which was nice. I would say that there was only one choice of sandwiches and I would of preferred a selection of sandwiches, otherwise the buffet was great.
