I have spent 2 nights a week here for the last 8 weeks, unfortunately my time here has come to an end, I am working else were now. Had Xmas do there, highly recommended, food spot on,I'm a coeliac (can't have wheat), and they catered for my needs superbly, one server served me in order not to mix up my food. Service very good, only one gripe,bar was a little sparce.Well done all the staff. ?

So dated. Unless you are attending a 80s throwback party avoid. The fact you think a prawn cocktail served with iceberg and soft brown bread is something anyone would actually enjoy eating is actually rather shocking, the bland and pedestrian roast "turkey"? Aka chub roll is just an embarrassment. A plethora of frozen frozen veg and roast potatoes are always available though should you wish to extend your misery. X

Nice hotel, very friendly staff and good food. Would have been 5 stars however the website clearly states free WiFi in every room.. this is not the case. The WiFi in the bar does connect but is too weak to load a Web page and there is no WiFi at all in the rooms. Will happily upgrade this review to 5 stars if the WiFi gets sorted as it really is a nice place!
At a wedding, forgot to cook my vegetarian meal, so had a longer wait, also ordered a adult special meal due to diet requirements which was pre ordered and they brought out a child's plate which we thought was for a baby on our table who enjoyed it, so another wait while they sorted it. They did apologise but should not have happened.

We had a family wedding on 15th October 2022 we were very dissapointed that some personal items seem to have gone missing and no one cares. The wedding was really nice everything went well and the food was great, however can't say the same for breakfast on Sunday it was a shambles. The rooms leave a lot to be desired room A avoid the door is dangerous I injured my wrist on it, advised the lady behind the bar but didn't seem to care just told me to push my shoulder against it Which is not very sensible. Not all rooms had kettles. Had to ask for clean towels ready for Sunday had to wait until nearly midnight, same for toilet rolls. One saving grace is that they have 3 very good attentive members of staff. Thank you Courtney, Angie and the lovely guy from Saturdays breakfast you all deserve a medal for your attention to detail and friendliness on the big day.

Great clean place and very spacious. One issue I did notice, is that the red emergency cord in the disabled toilet is practically none existing.I'm 5,4 and couldn't even reach it standing up! it doesn't comply with the cord instalment guidelines. This is a massive safety risk for people with disabilities! This needs sorting!
