One of the best iv stayed in ...rooms are amazing and staff are more than helpful .. really friendly and welcoming...nothing ever seemed to much for them and they would open doors for us and smile and say hello when you was coming in and out which for me makes the experience a whole lot

Stayed over the festive period. Although was busy the staff were so welcoming and friendly. They made myself and my children feel very safe and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful as my son needs to have a late night snack with his medication which I had forgotten to pack and they sorted this quickly and not made to feel like it was any trouble at all! ☺️

The room was good, but the fan in the bathroom ran continuously, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were excellent service with a

Do you compare a premier Inn to all hotels or to other premier inns? I think other premier inns. I quite like premier Inn and have stayed in many different premier inns so I feel qualified to say that this one is an excellent example of it's kind.

My daughter stayed for a few nights after being made homeless in the floods. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did they take excellent care of my daughter, they also looked after me and my son when we were upset. The room was lovely, clean and quiet and the service was warm, compassionate and friendly. They made a truly horrible situation a little better with genuine care and attention.

I stayed here for one night and thankfully it was only one night. Megan the receptionist was wonderful however she could not help i was given a room change to room 2. Megan arranged a wifi ultimate upgrade this was not worth it as soon as i entered the room there was no reception and no wifi. I was told that the internet was not working so a call to Virgin thengot it up and running but for me i still had no reception or wifi as i was told room 2 was blocked by local mast. So all night i had to go out in the freezing cold to make a call. The restaurant was awful the food was poor. An awful stay so would not go back.Noteworthy details: Rubbish wifi and reception

Check in was quick and easy, the lady on reception was very helpful and breakfast next door in the morning was very niceWould definitely stay here againThumbs up to everyone who works thereSafety: Was placed on the upper floor due to being a lone female and this made me feel very safe and looked after and that they really do care about their guests, which is rare in alot of work places.Walkability: Mcdonalds literally 30 seconds walk away and a sainsburys a 2 minute walk away and an easy 10 minute walk into ripley town centre

The hotel was fine, staff are friends and helpful. Car park is quite dark toward the back, probably due to overgrown hedges. Mobile signal on Vodafone zero, the hotel is built in a dip. Very poor to no signal even on floor 2. Food is next door, adequate but variable depending on what you order.Noteworthy details: Poor Vodafone signal, free WiFi available

The room was dated no USB charger points. Smelt a little musty. Couldn't leave the window open as the noise from the road was quite loud.

Helpful, friendly staff in the hotel and adjoining pub. The food was good and prices were competitive. Breakfast can be arranged via hotel booking, and kids eat free when an adult is paying, so that improves the deal. Plenty of parking. Woodland nearby for walks, too.Rooms: Family rooms available.Safety: Seems safe. I walked in nearby woodland at night, and it felt fine. The woods are well-lit in places.Food & drinks: Pub/restaurant onsite. Decent food is available at good prices. McDonald's and Sainsbury's within 2 minutes walking distance.

Stayed X1 night.Great location, room was okay, looking a little tired around the edges, a little TLC and it would be ?Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings that night.Staff were great, couldn't be more friendly and helpful.Popped next door for an evening meal and brekkie the next day ~ both meals were great, again the staff was very friendly.Would stop again?
