6 of us had a meal there. The kids had sandwiches,crisps, a chocolate biscuit and a drink in a little bag. They enjoyed colouring and doing the quizzes on the bag ?. The adult meals were tasty. The cakes were lovely.

I’ve been visiting Massarellas at Rowsley for a few years now and since my wife passed away a couple of years ago, I come most days for lunch. I have never had any cause for complaint, the food is always good and the coffee is great. I have always found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. All in all it is always a pleasant experience.

Paid £10.50 for a Yorkshire pudding wrap with chips,absolute rubbish.More like a flat pancake with two tiny slices of beef inside. Nothing like the description on the menu.Prices going up food quality going down.Outing only saved by apple pie.
Great cake and coffee going next week for lunch ,what more can I say !!

We went for a shopping trip to Peak Village outlet would normally go around the corner to the Claret & Goose but we weren't ready for a full meal so went into Massarella Restaurant. We had never tried it before, Service was quick and friendly, we just had two coffees and two toasted sandwiches, I had Stilton and onion on sourdough bread. The food was served promptly and was good and tasty. The place was clean and tidy and the prices were very reasonable.

Lockdown Experiments
Went for a coffee and cake, after a short walk. Hardly any cake left and the queue was horrendous.... Waited in line for around 10 minutes and left, as the queue didn't seem to get any smaller... Went elsewhere, so can't rate the food etc...... Place was full and very loud, so kinda glad, as the alternative was pleasant....
