Thank you to the staff in Claires today when our daughter had her ears pierced, they were so calm, friendly and professional. We are really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Good range of shops with a very large amount of parking spaces. Don't like your car being scratched then follow the one-way system to the parking spaces at the very end there you'll find plenty of empty spaces with only a slightly longer walk into the centre.

Honestly - had more selection of parking spaces than had of shoes to buy!\\nHaving been before I've said I wouldn't bother again, and then go back in the hope that something I'm looking for is there, but it isn't, so disappointment again.

Big car parking.\\nShops are wheelchair and pushchair accessible.\\nToilets available.\\nSmall cafes. Wouldn't recommend a meal as there isn't a restaurant area there (Jan 2022).\\nAll outside.\\nShops are clean and tidy. Changing rooms are open..\\nCash and card accepted.

Great shops. Christmas decorations were outstanding. Lovely place to do Xmas shopping. Food hall with plenty of choice for dinner. Will definitely visit again.

Great place to go for a huge selection of shops! Easy to just pop there for a quick stop or spend the whole day and get lunch in the food court.\\n\\nReally love that they allow dogs in the outside area and into a lot of the shops too, it's always great to spend time there without having someone have to stay home with the dog (and a lot of the shops' staff love to say hello to them too)!\\n\\nAll round great experience, we visit here very often and have never really had a bad trip. Especially with the newly expanded carpark, we no longer struggle to find a space either!

YOO KASE - bought my phone in for repair (smashed screen) repaired while I waited within 30 mins even got a free coffee, friendly staff highly recommended.

Went there by bus from Nottingham... A tiresome journey but a better shopping experience than in Nottingham City centre as prices are cheaper. Overall a good experience but 3 stars due to no direct service from Nottingham and food is bit expensive

Great new shopping designer outlet, plenty of outdoor space and cover between shops, all the top names and lots of food and drink outlets to refresh you ready for the search for a bargain. Free parking and plenty of it with Tesla chargers tucked away. If the gates are shut go to the delivery entrance and buzz security for access 24 hours.

Great little place to visit, rather than a mall. There are a nice bunch of places to eat, we went to Wagamama and it was lovely. Popped into the kitchenware shop, very nice. Parking is easy and free.
