Ordered a chicken and a vegan TLC, Staff used her hand to press the chicken down and spread it with her fingers, never changed her gloves and started to put the vegan TLC on the 2nd sub, I told her I didn't want it as she had touched the chicken to which she replied no I never touched it?? I stood in front of her with someone else who watched her do the routine they always do with chicken, I replied you did so I don't want it, She offered to do me a fresh one and apologised I told her I wasn't going to bother, if she can do that in front of me and deny it I don't trust having anything from there again I use 2 in Derby, 2in Chesterfield, 1 in Alfreton and 2 in Sheffield, never have I ever had to ask or say anything about the making of the 2 subs, They themselves will tell me which one they are doing first and then change gloves if the chicken Was prepared before the vegan one, I will never use that subway again! Staff normally are quite thoughtful, but not on this visit, we come to macarther Glen outlet in South Normanton often, We bring the kids for tea when we do the school run, I certainly won't be going for mine again

What a badly organised and poor operation. Spent so long doing internet and phone orders that customers physically standing in the store are made to feel like second rate citizens. The poor staff are under pressure but the surly and incompetent manager, Shannon simply trundles along slowly making mistakes and making no apologies for the shocking experience of customers. If I hadn't promised someone else a salad box, I would have been gone!!! I already felt that Subway is an overpriced sandwich bar and from now on I will definitely not be wasting any more time nor money on a business that has forgotten about its customers.

Visited this shop today, asked for salad, well if that is what you called it, the portion size, was a child size. the shop was mucky, staff with attitude, they should be ashamed of themself, where is your customer service,

Waited outside in the rain for 30 mins whist watching delivery drivers come and go as they pleased to collect online orders. In the 30 mins i waited the staff only served 4 walk in customers! When i finally was asked for my order, was advised hardly anything in stock! wasted my lunch break and now back at my desk cold and hungry. Complete waste of time, no customer should be able to jump the que regardless of where they have ordered from

My son placed an order with just eat. The food never arrived. I contacted the restaurant and just eat no one is helping. He received no food, and you took an order for £20 worth of food. You’ve effectively stolen money! Someone needs to help with this. I’m disgusted. This was placed on my sons account as he was treating his brother. I’ve called you, and you’re not interested. Who is going to deal with this?? Just eat has also fobbed us off! That’s my 13year old sons money!

We often get stuff for a quick lunch at various subways across the country However, the staff in this one has been the worst experience. Extremely rude, sarcastic and very unhelpful for May reasons. Enough to say I will go to another eatery when I’m next in the outlet. The staff here are letting this place down! Went on 29th September 4-5 o’clock.

Filled out customer review a week ago about issues I had here got a reply, but things are no better the biggest issue was staff ignoring me and served some one else, these two have no manners and are not very welcoming poor sandwich makers I have been coming to this subway since it opened,not any more I will try the one on Mansfield road 17/07/19
