I went with friends to McDonald's the self serving machine said the toy haooy meals were available, so we ordered them, but when we opened it, we got books. I told the lady, and she said that they had ran out, yet the machine said they were available. This is not good as children were upset due to this.

I would say the majority of the time, the food is always nice and hot here. The service is delivered in a quick and efficient manner.

Visited here on Friday 4th August for a bacon and mushroom cob received a sandwich instead on arriving back home i opened the foil to find bread as thick as my door step and considering i asked for not well done bacon i got cold dry burnt bacon and the mushrooms were rock hard and cold it was quite clear to see that they had been standing for hours i had to bin the whole item because that was the best place for it never will return there it was a waste of money they need reporting really

Called and ordered food still wasn't ready when I arrived 20mins after the order. Had to stand around for a further 15 minutes. The place is dirty, customers making own drinks so stood in the cooking area! Somehow the food was cold but burnt and tasted like charcoal. The sauce must of come out of her own wages as ive never seen so little on a sandwich.Wouldn't recommend this place at all. 0*'s if was possible

Wish I hadn’t bothered . Don’t go there very often but fancied a snack and as expected from previous visits utter garbage . Cold food and guess what No milk shakes . How this place stays in business is beyond my comprehension

Truly awful place. Issues parking up as a gang of Eastern Europeans seem to think they rule the car park? Probably JustEat drivers? Security guard seems more interested in chatting up the staff and checking his phone, than he did the security of the place.

Had a medium Latte and charged £1.99 The day before at another McDonald's I was only charged £1.59. Why 40pence more in Swadlincote. Will not be going back.

This place is my favourite place to get bacon sandwiches and has been for many years.Best food around. There is no inside seating so unless the weather is good bear in mind you will be getting take out.Staff are friendly. Service is fast. Quality is excellent and has been consistently excellent for as long as I remember.They put out tables and chairs too for when the weather's nice.

Rude staff. We stood at the counter for 5 mins before being served with no queue. Took 15 minutes for food. Regular customers appeared, ordered and got their food during that time too and all we ordered was 2 bacon cobs. Also overpriced compared to literally everywhere else in Swad. Won't be ordering from here again.
