3rd time I've bought a bake before 9am and it's stone cold. They open at 8, how can it be cold at 8:20

My fiancee and myself had a breakfast roll of bacon and sausage this morning, really why bother. My bacon was a door wedge, and the sausage was the smallest chipolata, on a dried up baguette. I had a Gregg's orange juice which was rank! Abi had a coffee described as "drinkable" just. This would have come to £6.70 but luckily I had 2 free vouchers, (thinking about it I should have eaten the vouchers) that's why I gave it 2 stars. If I was paying with hard earned money then it would have been a -5. Keep your cash in your pocket folks or better still, pop to the supermarket and get the items to make your own ?
