My server, a young lady called Paige was particularly efficient and helpful. She had a natural and pleasing approach to good service and consequently I enjoyed my visit to this McD more than to others.

Went for one last cheesy one with bacon and was decent for saying this Maccies can be hit and miss. Also was great having a toffee latte with cream!!!Service was alright and nice to see staff stopping to talk with people who looked like regulars to the store.

I went with friends to McDonald's the self serving machine said the toy haooy meals were available, so we ordered them, but when we opened it, we got books. I told the lady, and she said that they had ran out, yet the machine said they were available. This is not good as children were upset due to this.

When mcds 1st started you didn't have to wait over 10mins for your order even though the amount of staff you have at the bk standing around doing nothing, then they get your order wrong and it's cold when you want to eat it mcds has lost there

WOW! this branch in Swadlincote is the worst Mac Donald’s I’ve even been too. And that’s saying something. My son is autistic and only ever ate chicken nuggets for years.He’s not as obsessed now thank goodness.But when we do have one from here. Most of the food goes into the bin.Yuck yuck and yuck againCold stale food 95% of the timeAnd their fries are absolutely disgusting. Stale , anaemic, cold awful things .Their milkshake machine is ALWAYS out of order and I do mean ALWAYS!!For my son to say. “No I don’t want a macs from their mom” says it all !

Only ever use the drive through, which is excellent. Staff friendly and mostly quick with serving the food and drinks. Wish Mcds would serve a decaffeinated
