IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULDgot in 10 minutes before it closed and was rudely told that they had cleaned everywhere bc they had no customers.Bad service and couldn’t get a subway.

Ordered meatballs 10mins from home come stone cold and cookies missing and the answer is come to the shop to get your missing items. Driver blaming the shop shop blaming the driver £31 later n still no answers about the poor service

Never had an issue with this subway! Always get my order right and the sandwiches are well made. Staff have always been professional and attentive! Only reason for 4 stars is because it seems that the prices have gone up! 18 pound for 2 sandwiches and drinks seemed a lot!
Extremely worse.. No wonder why this shop was empty - it was just me - on Friday evening when all other shops near are very busy.The order was served by Matty and he was extremely poor in preparing the sandwich. I would never visit this place again.

Well where do I start a staff member called Sophie is very rude. I called today as my order was wrong. I had the order delivered to myself. The only answer I got from her is you can come and collect a new one but it's not my problem as I didn't make the sandwich. Told her that I don't drive and again the answer I get is not my problem. Well it is when your the ones that done my order wrong. Will never be going to this place again and will be making a complaint with the manager. Think you need to train your staff in customer service because she is shockingly rude

Had a subway after the cinema, food fine, was disgusted by the member of staff in black t shirt, short hair, openly ranting & swearing not far behind the counter. Not acceptable or good for business. Public areas could have been cleaner too, was at least 6 staff "working "but some not really working hence others have to work harder & tables / floors not wiped. Staff sat on worktop in kitchen in view of customers..

Flies landing on bread on sandwiches, told the lady and they got thrown. Ants in the drinks area, cold in the middle toasted sandwiches, drink machine out of some syrups, one person at the counter but at least 3 in the back, full of kids swearing, dirty tables, dirty floors, toilets out of order. Just don't bother visiting, worst example of a subway I have ever visited. Pop stored on the shop floor piled up also!
