Just had a couple of hours fun with the grandkids, who are nice and tired now. We had the sno-tube, toboggan and drop and they loved it. They also kindly offered both girls a taster on the ski which they loved and saw how tiring it was. Great bunch of staff who made us all feel very welcome. We will be back.

Very expensive. We paid £40 and got one ride on the tobaggan in an hour and a half odd long visit. 40 mins wait for a 90 second ride . We Called it quits as time slot booking appeared to have collapsed into a free for all. Understaffed perhaps and Queue jumping seemed apparent. Staff trying hard but not organised, undertrained - one in restaurant didn’t know how to make a Mocha. Staff on the toboggan was ready for a break and still had 5 hours to go. Nice lad. Whole facility felt run down and ramshackled. Toilets were unpleasant. My son didn’t want to go when he visited them.Overall very disappointed. Wasted time and money on this visit.

Went here for my wedding reception on 29th April 23. We had an amazing time and the staff were all so lovely. Big thanks to Darlene and Claire for helping it run so smoothly. Will definitely need to return so my wife can enjoy the activities better without being in her dress. Everyone had the best time and the staff were understanding with guestsThank you for making it a special day

Took my 10 year old daughter \\u0026 we had a great time. The staff were great \\u0026 very helpful. We went on the toboggan \\u0026 the rings but preferred the toboggan. We were there for a couple of hours but as it’s not very far we are looking at going back. There are other things you can do there but as we were doing a flying visit as we had other places to go to so didn’t have time, we’ll do them on our next visit as they looked fun.

Wish I had taken notice of the reviews before booking, several mention booking online then being told on arriving \\\"tobogganing has just been closed\\\" no reason given, offered alternative \\\"experience\\\" but wanted refund then told can't refund immediately as head office need to authorise. Travelled best part of a hour Very disappointed grandson.\\nWILL NOT BE RETURNING\\n\\nOne week later still waiting for refund ??

Excellent experience. My partner and I had our first skiing 1-1 lesson here and we had a great time. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgable. I didn't know what to expect beforehand but was very pleased that after an hour I felt confident on the skis and excited to learn more. Can't wait for the next lesson.

Took our children to the holiday skiing camp. They all had a great time despite it pouring with rain. Big thank you to Sam for teaching them the basics to skiing!
Went today and sadly the centre lets down the staff who were very good. Its desperately in need of refurbishment especially on main slope and drop slide. The toboggan wasnt working at all due to \\\"maintenance\\\" so overall i wouldnt revisit again until it has had some urgent cash injection and the refurbishment has been completed

Be careful, I booked for tobogganing and as the payment went though it came up with an error sign. Rang them and they told me it was because the tobogganing wasn’t open. I asked for a refund and never got one. Still trying after 7 days!!

It was really easy to book & not expensive. I took myself a flask of coffee which I enjoyed whilst watching the kids have fun. The staff were friendly, helpful & approachable & easy going. The kids had a great time & we got some fresh air & exercise. We took some sandwiches for after & bought a drink there which wasn’t too expensive. Not sure if I’d have enjoyed it so much if the weather wasn’t pleasant, but as it was I’d highly recommend.
