“Lovely quaint country pub, had a Sunday dinner which was good but a bit lacking in what you got with veg and also maybe just personal preference but I like my roast veg roasted for a while to get the sweetness rather than tasting full carrot and parnip flavours. They were lovely but just not cooked how I would have liked them and I know you can't please everyone but I'm just sharing my personal opinion on the roasts. The staff couldn't do enough for us and the whole experience was great and I'd definitely go back. For me on a Sunday dinner if they just made a tasty mash which I'm sure they could and a few more greens it would definitely be a 5 star”
