Jesus, this place has really gone downhill. The atmosphere is horrible, so are the wait times and prices. The staff are very lazy and rather rude, especially the Indian mug. Food was alright but not very hot considering the wait, and burgers were tiny for what was paid. Just eat at greggs round the corner.Parking: It's parking

So went to burger king Braunton Road on Thursday 28th December. Checked Christmas opening times on the door before entering - nothing mentioned about a change of times for today. Went in there was no one around (this was at 8.10pm), asked a member of staff who was cleaning a few tables if they were open and the response was I don't know. We asked again and was told they would go and find out. A member of staff then appeared and took are order and asked if we was eat in or out. We asked for in. The person cleaning the tables then said there was only a choice of 2 tables we could use. The person are order then re appeared and told us we can not eat in at this time and would have to have it as take away instead. On Exiting with are food to go back to the car and eat it we checked the opening times again, nothing on the change of Christmas times again and the main sign with times on said eat in was available till 9pm. At least was hot

Take my advice and go somewhere else for food. Anywhere else. The drive through microphone wasn’t working, so we went inside to order five meals for our kids and their friends. We waited quite a while, which was bizarre as it wasn’t busy and, then, when we got home the order was wrong and had items missing. We returned to get it sorted and the manager/man in charge tried to argue that we were wrong, despite having the receipt as proof. Terrible service and poor value for money.

Used to visit this place a lot when my kids were smaller. Used the drive thru sadly everything we asked for was out of stock. Then we waited an age for our order which was luke warm at best. Service was less than friendly. Sad really it used to be friendly and nice.

This was our first time visiting Burger King since becoming vegan, and we were eager to see what they had to offer.The store was clean, and we were the only ones there when we entered. Weird assortment of music playing, though.However, the server had a very negative attitude towards veganism, remarking how disgusting the vegan options were. A business is supposed to encourage sales—not deter customers from a purchase. So, this was very unprofessional on his part, considering we did not ask for his opinion.We still went ahead with our order, but it left us feeling rather awkward and soured our experience. The food was ready quickly, and it was pretty good, especially the vegan nuggets (which were apparently *so gross* that the server had to spit them out... talk about exaggerating. ?)It's unlikely we'd return to this particular store.

Awful avoid like the plague. Restaurant had ONE couple in and lots of drive through cars parked outside waiting for orders. Ours was completly wrong and cold. We are beyond mad. We waited 30 mins and a further 10 mins trying to sort out the wrong cold food we saw a member of staff wandering up and down the parked cars with before it being put into our order at the counter. All whilst our 6 week old baby screamed in the back seat. Complete waste of £20. Will NEVER go back there.

I ordered a whopper meal. The child on the till showed she has an ego problem when I wanted cheddar instead of the nasty fake cheese. I payed a bit more for the smokey cheddar, but never got it inside the burger!! Hectic day, so this was my first opportunity for food late in the day bad I know but it happens and that was my fault not theirs. I wouldn't be surprised if this burger king store gets included in with the 400 stores set to close down. Don't upset those kids whilst making an order - don't disrespect the plastic cheese ?? I hope their parents makes them food they are not happy with when they finish their shifts and they complain to their parents and they get a clip round the ear. Didn't want to rate them at all but this wouldn't post unless I hit at least one rating lol
Almost didnt go because of the bad reviews. The food was fresh and quickly made. The guy serving was friendly and i noticed some people saying that you cant use the app here but you can. Def recommend.

After working all day decided to call in here before heading back to Exeter. Never again. The price for what poor quality food you get is to much. The whopper burger was ok but the fries were awful and what the sprite drink was supposed to be certainly wasent

I came while waiting for a prescription from Tesco pharmacy. the chips, (regular) were a small portion, compared to a huge £3 portion at Appledore fish & chips shop. customer service not as jolly & helpful as Mcdonald's on motorway service stations on M5.
