Really poor service from someone who wasn’t even wearing Costa uniform… don’t often get cold drinks, but the one I got today was abysmal in comparison to the other local Costa that I normally use. Won’t be using this one

I have just been refused a new popcorn frappe at the till as i don't have a costa card?? I very rarely have a coffee out & only came in for a treat with my daughter. Really disappointed with the cold "tough luck" attitude of the server. It should be advertised as a loyalty card only drink before a customer can enter to purchase it at least. Will not return.

Really poor service. Bitter coffee interminable wait. Dirty tables and served coffee in takeaway cups cos no one was washing up. Never again
I was perfect as always. The staff a friendly and helpful. We love it. Its our treat now. Looking forward to seeing them today. ☺️?
