Ordered 3 pizzas via the app on a Saturday evening. The deals brought the prices down. All were ready within 15 minutes, delicious, staff all working hard. Great.

I have to score this as low as I have, I’ve been a customer of Barnstaple Dominos for too long, and it was absolutely fine when it was based in Vicarage Street. Unfortunately after it moved to Taw Wharf I’ve had a few which have been wrong to what was ordered, which is no big deal; but.. a couple of us had a pizza the other night and were both ill for 3 days after with suspected food poisoning. After being a customer for well over 10 years, I’ll never go back after being so ill. For the sake of humanity, I won’t add any photos to this review..

Terrible experience, unhelpful, rude and weirdly accused me of shouting when I pointed out they hadn’t started cooking my order and wanted to cancel. Avoid this place and head to somewhere the staff love pizza, perhaps like New Amsterdam. This was a truly bizarre experience.

SHOCKING AVIOID. Was told 10 Minute wait and took 1 hour. The women was rude and wouldn’t even do a partial refund even though she forgot to put half the food through the oven which made it take even longer.Not worth money

Ordered food on app for 8pm for my Daughters 11th birthday Arrived at 8pm so i could pick my wife up from work at 8.20pm i had to wait 47 mins for food and my wife had walk home in rain and did not get home until 9. 30pm totally ruined our day.

Barnstaple domino’s pizza is lovely the stuff we’re very nice , kind , but most of all when we went in we was amazed at how clean and beautiful it looked inside. Also they had different deals then where we are from (Chichester) and more food options aswell for example wraps .

After reading sam goodman's review I have to laugh as domino's medium pizzas are 11inches, and if dough is cold, not proofed long enough or even not properly stretched it will shrink in the oven due to the gluten. As for not doing anything about your issue, what do you expect when you show them a photo of the pizza not the actual pizza, oh that's right you couldn't as you'd already ate the pizza and wanted to scam some free food as compensation, when you were given the number for corporate to have them deal with it you stormed out and decided to give a bad review. Is that the same as the two other 1 star reviews you've given?

rude, obnoxious, not interested, not keen on customer service, not keen to help. swore at me! - I've ordered for years but after I made a mistake in collection versus delivery, and admitted it, all I got was abuse on the phone and face to face.
Ordered a large pizza, opened he box and was clearly a medium. I measured it and it was 12 inches which is the medium size. I showed them a picture of the measurement and they wouldn’t have any of it. Lied to my face telling me that the ‘pizza shrunk in the oven’ lol! Never heard anything like it, had many dominos over the years and never had this issue. Just annoyed that they lied to my face and refused to resolve their obvious mistake.

I don’t normally give reviews but this one was one to write about.
Firstly, our order is taken all the way to swimbridge, which is 10/15 mins away from us. I called the store and there was no apology but that the sat nav took the driver there.
15 mins later, the driver comes, again, no apology, gives us the food and leaves.
Not really surprise that all our food is stone cold and had to call again, to ask them to remake this as it’s inedible and we spent over £25.
This will be the last time I order from them, as their attitude and no apologies for the mistake has put me off their business.
