Absolutely shocking. Be very careful how much time you spend in here, I met up with a friend that I hadn't seen for a year. We had two meals and 4 coffee's but unfortunately we didn't notice that there was a 90 minute limit on how long you can stay in the restaurant, we were there over the time with the result that we have been sent a parking fine of £100 pounds for both our vehicles. So, don't ever book a kids' party here it could get very expensive. Needless to say, that's the last Macdonalds I will ever have.

Tried the cheesy burger, not a patch on the Philly Cheeseburger, but nice, too much lettuce and the snowflake bun fell apart!

Ordered £20 worth of food, told it would be 30 mins. All we got was a box of nuggets and some fries delivered after 45 minutes...Rang the store and they said nothing they can do, request a refund and reorder...Disgusting.

Food wasn't that hot. Service wasn't that fast as dealing with deliveroo orders. But it's fast food and I was hungry.

Was freezing cold after the uber driver took over 45 mins to

Got the order wrong even though it was written on the sticker. They did change it immediately though.

Very average McDonald's. They often get orders wrong or forget to things in my bag at the drive-thru.

Not too bad for a McDonald's. The double quarter pounder was bland,no sauce on the bottom of the bun and the burgers were overcooked and dry. The chicken Mcspicey was delicious, nice and hot. The children enjoyed what they had and we received extra sauces and an extra coke so that was a bonus. Drive through was quick for the amount we ordered. Not the best McDonald's but not the worse, overall its good for kids.

Very noisy. The kind member of staff who got our food for us was friendly and helpful and polite.

Once you get used to the electronic ordering it is fast and efficient. The staff were friendly.

Busy is not an excuse for poor food and mess. Wrong food was supplied, chips were cold. Table and floor in a terrible condition.

Really tasty hot McDonald's. Best one in ages. Quick time, polite staff.

Chicken sandwich and nuggets were a bit over cooked. Atmosphere pretty grim and not that clean.

I am disabled and use a wheelchair. The McDonald's I visited with my husband and with my Son and Granddaughter was very busy, but it was a Saturday evening so that was to be expected. Both of which probably had a knock on effect to both the service and atmosphere. We waited at least half an hour for our food to be delivered to our table, which again was not much of a problem from the point of view of how long it took to be served. However, as we found out to our detriment the day before at a different McDonalds (which we had visited for a cuppa, an ice-cream - the weather was unseasonably warm - and a loo stop), you are only allowed to stay there for 90 minutes. At the McDonalds we had visited the day before, we were parked in a disabled space and just hadn't noticed the sign (it was there, and quite visable) during the time my husband was getting my powered wheelchair (both big and very heavy) from the back of our wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV), and me transferring into it, probably because it all takes some time, effort, and concentration for us to complete those manoeuvres! But we take full responsibility for not seeing the sign, as I don't know what the parking provider company could have done any differently, short of having the sign pop up out of the ground in front of us as we were parking!Anyway, it was a lovely and sunny late afternoon, so we decided to sit outside with our ice-creams and cups of tea and coffee respectively, and as there were other tables available we didn't feel rushed, so my husband decided to sort out the tablets I would need for the next 24 hours (we had been on the last day of our holiday in that area, and he had not had time to do them earlier), which took about 15 minutes. We then needed to use the disabled loo, which with my disabilities and problems took about 25 minutes, luckily no-one was waiting for the loo when we left it.To get to the point that I am apparently struggling to make, while my husband put my chair back in the car I looked out of the front windscreen at a couple of seagulls perched on top of a sign, so I read the sign... and then panicked, and called to my husband"what time did we get here, there is a 90 minute waiting time, and then we are fined £100!" So he just rushed around and got into the car and by the time we left the car park we had been there for 93 minutes. Will we be charged? I certainly hope not, it depends on how strict the parking company are.Back to the Saturday evening McDonald's, which was in a different county to the previous day's; we made sure to check if there were any parking restrictions at this one, and sure enough it was another 90 minute rule. At least we were forewarned this time. As it was so busy my husband and Granddaughter were in the que for at least 10 minutes and we had already taken 5 minutes getting out of the car. So by the time the meals arrived it had been at least 45 minutes since we arrived in the car park, but more likely 50 to 55 minutes. We live hundreds of miles away from that particular Son and Granddaughter, so we obviously have lots to chat about when we get a chance - but we also had to keep an eye on the time, so about 15 minutes before our time was up (wanted to leave time for any minor emergencies!) we started to say our au revoirs, and had about 5 minutes left by the time we left the car-park. Unfortunately, I had wanted to get our Son and Granddaughter puddings, and maybe coffee's for the adults. Luckily, as my husband and I were staying in a Premier Inn quite close by, we could both hang on to use the loo in our ensure! So my ONE star rating is for EVERY McDonalds that only allows 90 minutes parking time, and especially for not giving an extra half an hour for places that get ridiculously busy, or for people with very young children, and disabled people. An extra annoyance is that both McDonalds we visited last weekend were not near any shops, or other attractions, so no need for restricted parking.
