Good quality pizza, very helpful and positive staff. Flexible menu. Not sure about the hygiene of the salad bar and ice-cream factory but we just chose not to use them. Everything else was great. A little pricey but everywhere is now!

The price, the unlimited Buffet was unreal you guys have the best salad bar. The pizza was yummy and so many different toppings and the unlimited ice cream with toppings was out this world ?unlimited drinks as well we both tried strawberry Pepsi highly recommend for the price defo couldn’t complain great value for money we went for lunch we couldn’t eat our tea filled us right up ?

Pizza Hut, Barnstaple Devon.Place was very clean. Staff were excellent. The food was very tasty. Fresh and hot. Didn't taste fatty.. I had the all inclusive buffet. Pizza, salad, ice cream and bottomless drinks.I will visit again. 10 out of 10 I give them.Many thanks for making my lunch an enjoyable experience.

Called to order 2 Large Pizza's whilst using the 241 Meerkat. Got put on hold twice to order to generic pizza's. I am extremely disappointed when I called I was told with meerkat you are only able to order Individual pizza's. I would have just gone to Domino's if I wasn't going to actually get 241

When we arrived we were greeted and seated, being advised that there was an out of stock item. Then being encouraged to use the QR code on the table to order, the bill was paid straight away. The app asked if we wanted to pay a tip before any food or drink was consumed. Although the staff were friendly, we were not told about the salad bar or where the drinks station was. This automated ordering is not what I expect when they have a waitress service!

We all went in for a birthday meal, and were warmly greeted by staff. The place was clean and family friendly, with mainly red cafe style decor.The staff serving us was very knowledgeable, efficient and prompt, encouraging choices which worked for us as a group of 3 adults and 3 children.I gave 3 stars because the salad bar had no labelling, so we made mistakes on the dips, some of which we didn't like at all. The pasta salad, potato salad and beetroot salad were all flavourless, especially the potato salad which was watery and bland. The children did not enjoy the pasts salad at all, saying the flavour was 'wierd'.I stuck to the plain salads such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc, all of which seemed fresh and crisp.The pizzas were both extra large with cheesy stuffed crusts. The pizzas had nice (but quite ordinary) toppings, and both pizza bases were thin, soggy and seemed barely cooked. SO disappointing! The pizza cutters barely worked as a result and we had to hack/tear the pizzas apart.Honestly I'd think twice before going back, mainly due to those soggy tasteless pizzas, however the friendly staff definitely made up for it.

We had a table booked for us all, when she booked it she asked if we could have table service as didn't want to use the app, they said that was fine, got there we had to use the app as they refused to give us table service, they didn't help us figure out how to use the bar code on the table either, so after 45 minutes of trying to sort it out are self's we finally placed are orders, my inlaws drinks took a further 20 minutes to come out, then we got are food, pizzas were great, my mother inlaws ordered lasagna amd mac n cheese, which were very all and not value for money, anyway even with all the problems we had a good night in the end but won't be going back again

This branch is run by a wonderful, really welcoming & professional team. In particular, Sam & Rebecca are really a credit to Hospitality. Despite being a really busy restaurant, and the fact that we could see Rebecca did not stop working for one moment, she was really warm & helpful. She took care of all Accessibility needs & was really thorough in ensuring a good experience for us as customers.We have used this branch many times specifically because of the staff. Sam is often working hard behind the scenes, and is unfailingly professional & welcoming when we see him.We really value the care Rebecca takes of us, and it is the standard of service that brings us back repeatedly.The food is always fresh & well made.At the buffet, the items are replenished & varied, despite the pressure of the lunch time rush.We can’t recommend them enough.

Ordered on just eat and the the food never arrived, even after the delivery driver was given very precise directions. Called the store and the staff are completely incompetent and dense, you wouldn’t think they even work there. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere!

Had a takeaway from this place. It was disgusting! After a small bite of a couple of items, it went straight in the bin!!!! Garlic bread was so burnt and brick hard and the pizza with goats cheese smelt rank, I could barely bring it to my mouth to taste it. Overall, poor and diabolic expensive food. The only redeeming feature was the young lady at the restaurant who dealt with my complaint when I called .... nothing was achieved but she was pleasant and tried to help. Pretty sure they must receive complaints on a regular basis. Will not use again and would certainly not recommend.

Went in for dinner, waited 10mins at the "please wait to be seated sign". The 12 year old working in the place kept walking past and not even looking at us, we was so close I could have poked them, and still refused even look at us.
