Arrived at store to find 2 books labeled as £7 for 2. Got to the counter to find they couldn't sort it out. Went to the service desk to find that in-between getting from the counter to the desk. The staff have removed the tickets. And ate saying they do not have to honour the labels

Update 27.10.2023Click collect has been moved to parent parking ?But old signs still in place for original click collect,Tesco rose lane having a major refit , got about half store done should be finished by end Nov i been told ,I'm glad to see the big cctv cameras that are computer controlled , that should catch the shop lifters and make shopping a better place for us all .

Doesn't appear to be a cash facility in the cafe had to use self service. Which means i cannot alter or ask for alternatives. Moving away from people contact and cash not a great move in my opinion!

Went into this store for the first time today after moving permanently to the area over the weekend my wife and I were queuing to pay for our goods when we were served by a young man by the name of Max he was polite to my wife and attentive to her needs when I’d forgot to bring our bags from car whilst I went to get them he served her and told her not to worry if I wasn’t back quickly with bags he said he would explain if next customer approached. He then told us store was under going a refit and welcomed us to local area and hoped we’d like living in the area and looked forward to seeing us again. A very pleasant young man and a credit to your store.

Seems an ok store, its undergoing some "improvements" so there was a big space with nothing in it, it had everything I needed, not sure of the normal opening hours as it was displaying temporary opening hours.

Our car broke down in this car park and although an rac van was there they refused to help us. Thankfully the lovely Paul Ramsey at the petrol station was more than happy to help us out with his own charger. He’s an everyday hero!

I have been requested to mo e my family car from child bays while awaiting collection of my child and partner for tescos own staff to park there while on shift reg number fm65 dny ( green corsa) very rude staff lay out of shop so confusing and don’t stock the essentials needed mostly promo stock

Has everything you need from a supermarket. Including helpful staff and an electric charger all be it the slowest possible car charger .

Good food; good quality like other Tesco shops and British sourced! Easy parking and not 2 bad on queue times!
Bad experience of cafe today. Stood at counter for at least five minutes. No other customers. No communication from staff at all and no indication when we might be served. Very unfriendly. Walked out in disgust.

Was meant to have a food shop delivered by this store. Never bothered showing. When I phoned up I got a very rude manager refusing to redeliver the shop as the driver has marked it as delivered, so I ended up with no food and no refund either. I would avoid booking any online deliveries with them if they refuse to refund you and speak to you like dirt
