Really great atmosphere,,got multi screens to watch sport, staff were happy to turn one of the screens to the sport I wanted to watch while I was in there.Only thing didn't like was when ordering a specific short felt it was really expensive as if I had another it would have been cheaper to buy a bottle from the local tesco.Kid-friendliness: There were some children in the pub on one of my visits ,they were with parents and seemed very happy.

Stumbled on this pub while in Devon for short break. Great pub. Nice atmosphere. Lovely pint of doom bar, cheap as chips. Locals seem friendly. Dog friendly as well. Well worth a visit.

S'alright for a cheap pint wouldn't take my mum....
Has become my top choice of pub to drink in again, after it's much needed change in management and I hope that the current staff members continue to run it for many more years to keep it that way!Cheapest drink prices out of all "non-Wetherspoons" venues, but miles more fun to go too with its traditional pub games!
