The woman counter, called Kirsty, was arrogant and rude for no apparent reason. I walked in, and she ignored me and went outback, then came back and said “What do you want?” I then started placing my order, but I forgot so I called my boyfriend to find out what he wanted again, and she started huffing and puffing. There was no one behind or in front of me. The phone call took less than 30 seconds of my order time. I told her the order of one large cappuccino with no chocolate and then she said “is that it?” I said “that is all, thank you.” I paid and then asked if I could use the toilet whilst my order was being made, she rolled her eyes and said “yeah, whatever.” This was appalling attitude to experience, whilst just trying to get a coffee. I will not be returning here again.

Good Coffee with excellent service. Dogs welcomed here.Vegetarian options: sandwiches, toasts etcDietary restrictions: Allergens displayedParking: 45 min free parking available. Be careful if you exceed those times then you are risking for a ticket.Kid-friendliness: Kids have drawing sheets supplied by COSTA shops to keep them engaged.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility and doors open wide enough.

Best Costa Coffee I have been to.

The staff on hand were welcoming and kind. One young lady especially interacted so kindly with my son, it was lovely.Kid-friendliness: The spaces between the tables are generous enough to park my pram and have plenty of circulation space. My six year old had a great time and there are activities available in small packs at the counter for a small fee.

Why work in the service industry if you don’t want to be there? A smile and a nice greeting goes a long way. Just huffing and putting the drinks down with a bit of a slam is pervasive and unfriendly. Second time I’ve had an issue with this costa, there won’t be a third.

The best Costa in the land. Caitlin is the best barista in the land. She is always looking after her customers and helping people like me with the Costa app.

Lovely meeting place just to " chill out ".... good selection of cold and hot drinks.... can be a bit expensive, cause everything has gone up, but hey, it's great to treat yourself sometimes, for that special moment..Parking: FREE STREET PARKING FOR 45 MINUTES ONLY.....However, there are 2 car parks nearby with plenty of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Possible to enter the cafe on the flat entrance..... and a space or two for disabled parking spaces in the street...

The best Costa! Lovely people who work here and I'm sure the coffee tastes better than other branches

Enjoyed a very nice coffee

Staff are always really lovely here, though there are never enough serving and for a place that's not very busy, there's always a queue. Coffees are pretty weak, but that's Costa. Nice interior, but a bit cold inside.

Very shabby and understaffed but the hotchoc and coffee was good. Much in need of some care and attention but the limited staff were great

The cleanest Costa I have ever been in! A young woman who's name was similar to Karistana? Made the best flat white I have ever tasted in a Costa! Really friendly team.
