Poor service, the staff member was on her phone and wasn’t particularly interested in serving us. Also the prices seem to have spot up and it wasn’t worth it for a lukewarm drink.

Thank you to the staff employee who helped my wife back to our car after she felt I’ll in the service station Do not know who you are but thank you, you are a credit to your company Max Hooper

If you're in Cullompton on a Sunday, you're stuffed if it's a good coffee and bite to eat you're after. Costa coffee is at best marginal - i ended up going here a couple of times on Sundays. There is never any savoury food available and only a token gesture of sweet slices. My coffee was slightly bitter during both visits - i noticed other customers were drinking Costa's milk frappes, not coffee so maybe they're good at doing that. I would drive on to Fordmore Cafe & Farm a couple of miles away - at least you'll get a full meal and coffee is slightly better

Dissapointing service all round. No staff cleaning tables, so some were very dirty. They got our order wrong but were polite about it and also missed a frappe. The frappe I got tasted watered down and hardly had any cream on. Despite this, prices were high, with a medium hot chocolate being £4.15. Really poor, I’ll make sure to avoid next time I drive past…

After being harassed by a lady for using the disabled toilets (I am disabled but it's not 'visable') I was quite shaken up and upset. Me and my partner were approached by a really kind employee who helped calm me down. The hot cross bun latte we got was also pretty great. Absolutely superb service. I'm just sad that I didn't get to thank the lady for everything.

I came in here freezing cold after locking myself out (-2 degrees Celsius). I came in to buy a hot chocolate. The staff were amazing at a time when I was feeling vulnerable and I couldn’t recommend this branch more. They talked to me and helped me stay warm while I waited to go home. Plus, the hot chocolate was yummy! I’m now sat here with a mint tea loving the atmosphere on this wintry night

While this service station is an older one and small it is very well run and the Costa Coffee shop is excellent. It was efficient, well run and clean. Well worth a quick stop off the M5 and miss out the busier one at Exeter.

Staff extremely patient and pleasant.Plenty of room so didn't feel crammed into my table like at some places. Good choice of drinks and treats. Clean environment.

Over crowded, no control of numbers, very unsafe, poorly stocked for food. Toilets unsafe, no provision for Covid safety. One way system signage but not followed or monitored. Other service stations have taped off basins to ensure safety and distancing. This was not done here. WAs very relieved to leave and certainly won’t return. Stay safe _ don’t visit.

Virtually no food, incredibly slow and servers with miserable attitudes and expressions. Eventually got coffee, expect better from Costa!
