Worst place to stop. During the night everything is closed went to petrol station to fuel was told to wait 10 minutes as thy were busy

Staff member closed the forecourt and made us & another customer wait for 10-15 minutes for petrol whilst he cleaned the coffee machine. So advertised as open 24 hours, this is not true. He was very rude when he finally let us buy petrol

Great place to stop for a coffee break

10-05-2022. Air pumps for inflating tyres in the HGV fuel area are not working! ?

Liz Egginton

Surly staff member. Not surprised, scruffy shop, cold, expensive fuel and rats running around forecourt

I use this garage on a regular basis, the lady that was serving today is always on her phone, and very abrupt and almost rude, there is no eye contact it's not setting a good standard for Shell..

This is the filling station part if Collumpton Services on the M5, it includes a "Select" forecourt shop offering food and drink alongside other motoring accessories. The food is labelled as Jamie Oliver which Shell no doubt hope will disguise the extortionate motorway services prices. Coffee is the by now obligatory Costa self service machine that seems to proliferate in all sorts of retail outlets these days.Overall I stopped here more out of convenience than any expectation of incredible quality or indeed great value and I wasn't disappointed, everything was OK but not special

great place i go here in the middle of the night for arm wrestles and drinking sessions the guy at the window loves to dance its like a small rave at night with one person break dancing all over the shop keep up the good work stay strong and have a bud ???????

Excellent service station and one of the best forecourt shops have visited. Hot foods and drinks are available, also a deli counter, fresh cakes, extensive range of cold drinks, a good range of alcohol and snacks etc., resembling a local convenience store rather than a petrol forecourt shop. The interior is bright, clean & spacious, the staff are friendly, there are tables & chairs to relax and enjoy your food if you prefer over 'food to go' plus there is a good car wash here. The fuel prices are noticeably lower than the average motorway service stations too, so worth stopping at if you can. Not bad at all for a small motorway service station!

Just want to say a big thank you to Jamie, the attendant on night duty 23rd September, he was extremely kind by giving us advise and enabling us to get home safely with his help, we will always be grateful to him.I would like to add further comment to my wife’s, this was not just any service stop off we were in a difficult position. We had driven from Brixham with the roof on our camper van not engaging properly, my wife had to hold it down to prevent it rising up, it was very cold and we could only do forty miles an hour max. The service area was a welcome site as not only did Jamie the attendant provide us the means showed how best to secure the roof. The purchase of tie down harness enabled us to complete our journey in a safer manner. To us he provided the ‘good old service‘ that we used to have and we think he should be recognised for that by owners giving him a good service award as without his help we would not have made it home.

Great service from the staff young lady even admitting to putting a Costa into a carrier bag such a laugh.
