Great coffee and food. It was really busy but our drinks and food came out really quickly. Kids were kept happy in the play area. Would highly recommend.

Good breakfast, quick service despite being fairly busy. A bit noisy with the toddlers playground bit but not a problem. Would be a good place for families, lots of space. I'll be back..

Excellent friendly & personal service, Family & child friendly, ideal as we met for Nannys Birthday Breakfast, as Grandparents, Parents and the Grandchildren. We will definatly be going again and becoming our go - to place for family & friends meet - ups.

Visited here as a reccie for a car club meet in April 24, staff welcomed us warmly and we had a lovely Christmas bap and coffee to fortify us for the afternoon.... brilliant place to visit nice and relaxing atmosphere, reasonable price and definitely will be back again....

Great place to stop for a coffee and a slice of something nice. Staff friendly and welcoming and the wood burner makes it cozy at this time of year.

Have been to The Steamer many many times now and have never been disappointed. The staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating, the food is always hot and delicious. The venue is great with all the car events and car themes. The outside catering hut serves very good hot food also with a range of hot and cold drinks and snacks. We travel from Plymouth regularly, it's that good.

A fantastic place that we are so lucky to have on our doorstep. A regular hub for myself when working remotely during the week or to spend the weekends admiring the vast variety of cars attending regular meets, both of which entail excellent coffee and delicious food. The Apex Race Centre racing simulators are a must if you book a visit to The Steamer. The team is absolutely brilliant and nothing is ever too much.

The steamer is a god send for our area! It caters for all. The staff are just brilliant- nothing is too much of a hassle. We often visit with our pup who gets lots of attention too! Chrissy and the team are simply wonderful- I really can’t put into words how they make every visit brilliant. The food is delightful- hands down the best eggs Benedict in the whole of Devon! ? All local produce too! My husband is a coffee connoisseur & has never had a disappointing latte or cappuccino. We have also visited as a big group with children and the extra FREE play area is just fab. 5 stars all round.

Met some friends here with our kids. Coffee was lovely, breakfast food was nice too! Childrens play area advertised was a bit grim though. We visited as knew it had somewhere for the kids to play but the carpet in the fenced off kids area was dirty and stained, toys could do with a clean and weren’t great overall.

Lovely enchiladas with a coffee. They do a wide range of cakes and a they are very good with children. The play area works well, we can relax whilst the kids go mental in there

Very disappointing bacon bun: measly amount of bacon, cheap rubbery bap, no condiments, no serviette. I am aware they are short staffed but even so this was poor.
