Me and my family came in a few days ago about 7pm and the staff didn't seem to care at all. We ordered food and chef microwave did a horrible job. We also had a carvery that because it was later in the evening it was cold and stale safe to say the next morning I did not feel good at all. On the bright the chips was good and crispy.

Unfortunately, today at the Carvery was a very disappointing experience. The beef was so rare, we even heard the Carver questioning it!! The swede was so runny it looked like it had been liquidised, the parsnips so burnt you couldn't chew them, the green beans were absolutely tasteless. Used to be a fairly regular visitor but can find much better in the area so regrettably we won't be back.

Excellent calvery, we had a table of 8 and was able to get seated and eat ontime.Selection of 4 meats - turkey, beef, pork and ham of which you are allowed 2, portions of meat was very fair and they were all cooked to perfection.Nice selection of veg, sauces.Good drinks menu with prompt table service.

Met family here for lunch. The pub was a little cold but the food was very good and lots of it. The barman was very attentive and pleasant and we had an enjoyable couple of hours

Went to collumpton to see family who had just moved down there and arranged to meet and Eat at the Weary traveller . 1st impression in eating g area was ok unfortunately the food didnt live up to expectations and the beer was the worst ive ever drank, suppose to be Coors but in reality not a clue so got Carling and it looked and tasted exactly the same as the Coors. ?? Went in pool room were the bar area was well in need of a lick of paint it was cold and not welcoming oh and not reasonably priced.. Deffo wont return..

Staff brilliant, food well priced and far above average. We all loved it.

A pretty grim pub right next to the motorway. Prices are reasonable but the quality of food was poor. I had a very poor pizza and my wife had a sandwich with (barely warm) overcooked chips. We couldn't wait to leave
