Excellent food. Fresh and super flavoursome. Not your standard spot - this place is epic. Lovely staff. Will be back many times!

Dinner tonight was excellent. We always order vegetable soya and beancurd dishes, each one has it's own flavour sauce unlike some other takeaways I've had. Won't go anywhere else - the beancurd is so succulent and tastyVegetarian options: Delicious beancurd dishes, lots of vegetable and soya mock meat options

The portion was very small and i ordered the chow mein and it was mainly vegetables and barely any noodles or chicken which was very disappointing considering the price of the meal. Did not enjoy the food. The prices were a lot different than the prices that are shown online. I don’t understand why they don’t just update the menu online to avoid confusion.

I'm giving the food a 2 just because the crackers were good and the beef curry was half decent. The whole Chinese was warm. The chilli shredded beef looked like it was covered in thick gravy and when tasting it it just tasted like strong vinegar and tomato ketchup mixed together. No chilli taste at all or even a chilli in the dish. Prawn roast was ok. The BBQ spare ribs were ok. I would say it was a very mediocre chinese. £36 was way to high! It filled 2 plates worth of food. The price definitely wasn't because of the flavours or portions. I'm sorry to hate but I will not return here again and wouldn't advise others to. I honestly think it's a waste of money. The crispy shredded chilli beef just ruined everything. The quality is very poor. Sorry again for the bad review but I think I read some similar reviews before I tried this place. Next time I should listen to them.

It is extremely difficult to find fresh ingredients, a professional chef, extreme cleanliness and authentic flavours in a take away. What tempted me to this restaurant was the owners responses to what are obviously fabricated bad reviews. When I called this restaurant a lovely polite young man answered the phone. As I normally avoid takeaways due to the disappointment you almost always feel I was very surprised by the attentiveness and excellent recommendations. Once I arrived to pick up my order, I walked in and was welcomed and paid for my order. Very importantly and amazingly the entire kitchen is open so you can see the entire cooking process. Let me tell you the chefs white are pristine white, the meticulous way the chefs cook the food is lovely to watch. You can tell they take great pride in cooking and every dish was cooked completely fresh and in a beautiful clean kitchen. I took the food home and honestly it was absolutely outstanding. I had the schezuan chicken, beef in black bean sauce, Singapore rice noodles and prawn toast. It was absolutely lovely. It is a family that cook the food. I think husband, wife and auntie. I 100% recommend this Chinese and will definitely be going back. Thank you for a lovely meal

Small portion of hot and sour soup, very average chinese. Only got an extra star for the very helpful, pleasent lass who was workin the counter.

As a Cantonese I would say I love Singapore fried rice. I ate alone and was so full while 1/4 fried rice was left, and I finished the rest the next day. The hot and sour soup was also great but the shrimp (or prawn? not sure) still has a bit flavor of fish (I don’t know if this is specific, in Chinese we say 腥味). The price is also great!! I hope I would have an opportunity to try other dishes next time :)

Lovely food but I thought it was quite expensive and portions were not that big. We had 2 Chicken dishes, 2 soups, a plain noodle and rice and prawn crackers. £36. It’s a shame as a it’s so expensive a lot of people won’t be able to afford to get a takeaway in future! I understand food prices etc have increased but not all local Chinese takeaways are this expensive! We will return to our favourite in the town centre which unfortunately was closed tonight.
