Popped in for coffee when the Christmas market was too crowded, ended up having the garlic mushroom mac & cheese - it was very tasty and the portion size was generous. Service was good and the prices reasonable for such a good location and service. Hoping to go back and enjoy the live music next time.

Do not go for breakfast. Took an hour even though it was empty, came out freezing cold, clearly microwaved as there was a sausage that was so rock hard we couldn’t even cut with a knife. Offered a new one which took a further 25+ minutes to come out. Cold poached eggs and basically everything undercooked. Absolutely vile and a total waste of money. Avoid!

Waited 30 mins for food and it wasn't busy. My wife's smashed avocado on toast looked like green jam and it was cold. My scrambled eggs on toast was cold too My grandchildren could have done better. They also use a dumb waiter for both deliveries and dirty dishes at the same time. Got a refund but won't be going back. Awful

Absolutely wonderful food, excellent staff and amazing atmosphere. Has a good range of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options suitable for even the most complex dietary restrictions like myself. Has great wheelchair access with a very roomy interior and excellent wc set up (no bins or other furniture placed in wheelchair transfer space). Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.Wheelchair accessibility: Small step in front of restaurant accessible using a ramp, back entrance accessible. Restaurant roomy with plenty of space to manoeuvreDietary restrictions: Gluten free options and happily catered for low fodmap eating

We love coming here as they have very reasonable prices for decent food in the centre of the city. The service is always great. The drinks are decently-priced and in a very convenient location within the city. Our only issues are the (sometimes) random closing times and the fact we've been there twice now and we haven't been able to have a drink to due to them cleaning all their lines at 12pm in the day! They've lost money due to this as we've had to find another place to drink. We really want to support this business as we really like it but feel sometimes they make it harder than it needs to be!

Andy was absolutely amazing with 1st class customer service. I was delighted with the choice of Gluten Free dishes. I would definitely recommend the chicken breast burger ? ? Delicious.

Been here a few times and all was good but today was particularly unimpressed by the attitude and rude responses to a polite request about wanting a drink topped up (it was at least 3cms from the top and looked very much short of the mark).As I was rudely educated on the making of a cappuccino by some gen z teenager I literally could not believe who she thought she was talking to.Literally just wanted the cappuccino topped up and could have been an easy fix but instead was spoken to like class A c***.I am not one to kick off or complain but that customer service was embarrassing. Won't be so polite next time that's for sure.

Lovely clean cafe in a good location with friendly staff and student discount. I had a carrot, coriander and sweet potato soup (the soup of the day) and it was marvellous!!

Beautiful breakfast cooked perfectly, coffee was banging, overall 10/10 experience. Polite friendly staff!
