I tried to find this cafe to leave a review and it says it's closed. It certainly isn't. I think it has been taken on by someone else. It's called Ali @ adeles. We came for lunch after a boat ride on the sea safari. We had a lovely friendly welcome and the cafe is dog friendly. The coronation chicken baguette and jacket potatoes are delicious. All served with a Smile. Would recommend and will definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you

Ate here three times while on holiday. Had breakfast each time. Husband loved the Cove. Dog friendly and nice atmosphere to start the day. Latte’s hit the spot as well.

A gem of a cafe close to the harbour & lifeboat station. Superb food at great prices. Variety of choices, and the breakfasts are first class. Dog friendly and child friendly. Colouring & puzzles to amuse the children, which is a lovely touch. We chose the fantastic home made soup, which was hot & delicious. My partner had the omelette which he thoroughly enjoyed as all freshly made to order . I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

We went on a cold wet day and was met with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The food was great, if six empty plates are to go by, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.

Homemade soup that took over 20 minutes to come out of a microwave........ definitely not worth the wait. Definitely not homemade and I've had better soup in hospital. Omelette......least said about that the better, egg sandwich was good. Ladies were present and it's a cute little place just such a shame about the food but it was not good and the wait was ridiculous considering there was no one else. Tip get a industrial microwave if your going to use them and don't do omelette in a microwave

Popped in for a late afternoon lunch. It was quiet and we were served quickly ordering a baked potato and a scone with some hot drinks. My jacket potato was barely warm as was the scone. Afraid to say it was ok and totally forgettable. Coffee was quite nice to end On a good note.

Nice little cafe with helpful and friendly staff. There wasn’t much open in February and came across this cafe by chance. Clean, friendly and sensibly priced. Good toasties and a BLT baguette made with freshly cooked bacon. First class!

What a lovely little cafe. Visited today and it was a perfect way to warm up on a cold and windy February day. Delicious food and really friendly service.

Convenient corner cafe near the quay at Ilfracombe harbour friendly pleasant staff. We popped in for coffee and toasted teacakes, plus the grandchildren were delighted with their hot chocolate's topped with marshmallows. We just had to stop the game of Big Potato's, OK Play to enjoy.the drinks and cakes.

Lovely warm and friendly staff, but sadly the cream tea wasn’t up to much. Scones soggy and falling apart, jam looked and tasted like it was from a supermarket.

Visited this cafe this afternoon with my partner & our dog and walked into an extremely awkward silent room where others were dining. Ladies you need a radio! We found the staff to be very serious faced and unfriendly and we were told our dog had to be under the table which just topped it off for me so we left without even ordering. Hostile environment, you'd think the owners would appreciate custom at this time of year when there are so many others offering the same facilities nearby. Instead we ate at Dolly's about a 2 minute walk around the corner and were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Our dog was even offered a free sausage and snuggled up on the seating next to us no problem at all.
