Did not stay in the accommodation. Went for a meal and the entertainment. Absolutely first class all round , steak was cooked to perfection ??, and normally sweet desserts are on the menu but they were very good in doing me after I asked a three cheese selection with biscuits ? delicious. And the live entertainment was Andy Marshall absolutely fantastic ?. Can't wait to go back possibly next time will sleepover ?

Had a very nice Sunday roast here, although the missus said her roast pork was like chomping on an old shoe. It was, but the roast beef was nice. I would go back there one time. Can't comment on the hotel side as we didn't stay there but I think it's probably the only hotel in

The Sportsman Inn is located in the center of Ivybridge, making it an ideal starting point for walking the Dartmoor or Two Moors Way.The pub was lovely, with excellent homecooked food, a good selection of beers, and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent as well. I especially enjoyed the buttered kippers and creamy porridge for breakfast. However, my room was basic and, in my opinion, a bit overpriced. It faced the street and got quite noisy with cars passing by. It also got hot and stuffy in the summer weather. Additionally, the water pressure in the showers was very low, and my bathroom kept filling up with food smells from the pub kitchen. On the positive side, the WiFi was excellent.

Firstly, the food is amazing. Staying here for a couple of weeks whilst working locally. One of the best full English breakfasts I've had in a long while. The lasagne is out of this world. The staff work really hard here too make sure of a comfortable stay. Warm welcome, friendly patrons. Good beer!

Disappointing. The room smelt of damp. Decorations at least 2 decades out of date. It was clean but not nice in any way. Had the room been £50, it would be reasonable, but at £96, I feel way over charged for the quality of everything in the room. Breakfast was quite good mind, so that’s a small plus.

Had a nice stay here whilst on a biking tour. £80 for one night including a good breakfast. Friendly staff and allowed me to store My bike in a safe place overnight. The room was functional with a tv and tea/coffee making facilities Also, had a delicious homemade lasagna with garlic bread. I'd stay there again ???Rooms: Although I was on my own I stayed in a triple room. I slept in the single bed which was comfy and I had use of a private bathroom.
