28 Western Rd, IvybridgeWent in tonight Wednesday for what they call bar snacks night. It was lovely. Food was fantastic. Had Hawkstone for first time which was lovely and then got introduced to Moonshine which is moorish. Loved it. Great pub.great staff,

Lee Mill Bridge, IvybridgeWhen out of there way to find me parking even in a full lorry park, very quiet and the shop is very handy. Very friendly service and will definitely use again. Sorry can't comment on the food as I self catered.

Plantation House
Totnes Road, Ermington, IvybridgeMy husband and I stayed for two nights as we were travelling down from Surrey for a wedding. The hotel suited us perfectly - the staff were helpful and friendly but unobtrusive, and the breakfast was delicious. The room had everything we needed (and more) and was a very good size. We loved having chairs by the large sash windows, along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate-making facilities, as well as fresh fruit and flapjacks.

The Horse and Groom
B3213, Bittaford, IvybridgeI haven’t eaten here yet but have drank a few beers over the years. This has been recently rated by several friends as a great place to eat or drink.
To note the horse and groom has won the Camra rural pub of the year for four years in a row!
Take the establishment as it is, an old school establishment with great food and ales. It does need a face lift but nothing is perfect.

1 Harford Rd, IvybridgeCozy pub that offers exactly what you’d want from a country pub. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Various types of seating, a separate restaurant section but food is also served in the pub area. Menu is traditional British think fish and chips pies etc. good friendly service and well priced. Very very dog friendly! Highly recommend if you’re in the area want a few cozy drinks or some good sized food!

Wanted a nice meal out for the last evening so pleased we found this restaurant the food was so good everything hot and well cooked delicious 10/10 but what really made it was the staff the owner a lovely man(rest your back) the kitchen member who greeted us on arrival and the lovely young lad who served us well done everyone we wish you all the best in this crazy world just a shame we live four hours away otherwise would definitely be regular customers thankyou for a lovely welcome

The Westward Inn
Lee Mill Bridge, IvybridgeStopped off on the chance we could get in for a Sunday carvery ....luckily they managed to squeeze us in. Very nice indeed, the beef was fabulous the roast potato's were great, gravy was awesome ? not to bad a price either 2 adult and 2 children carveries and 4 drinks for 71 quid.

White Hart Hotel
2 Church St, Modbury, IvybridgePopped in on the way to Salcombe, what a fantastic find!! Had a couple of beers and I had a steak sandwich whilst my mate had Bubble & Squeak, both of which we enjoyed, my steak was perfect, which if I'm all honest I was sure whether to pick, but, was effortless to eat, side of crisps as well. Very friendly staff, chatty etc, it was quiet when we arrived as around 3, or just before, but I can imagine this would be quite lively especially if the food is to go on. Definatley visit again if I pass, but would recommend it

The Watermark
The Watermark Erme Court, Leonards Road, IvybridgeWent here to wstch the movie The Odyssey. Nice lay out for a cinema a fair rise in the stair seat rows means you're never impeded by someone sat in the next row down. Decent size screen, very good sound system and the space is nicely air conditioned. Staff also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

Train from Exeter had great service and short walk into town.
Plenty of seating outside in summer and inside. Staff were happy to offer tasters and all beers were in great condition. No music which was good for conversation and acoustics of the room was probably appropriate. Had a great visit with friends and time went too quickly.
A really good business for a good cause, but also making great beer for all tastes.

I read one review stating the poppadoms were shop bought, this was not my experience as they were sized far larger than any shop offering i've ever seen. Good quad chutney selection, keep it up!

The Anchor Inn
Lutterburn St, Ugborough, IvybridgeCosy country pub with a real fire. Locals are very friendly and welcoming, really pleasant atmosphere. Young staff are genuinely friendly and have obviously been well trained, very attentive but not in your face. The pub and toilets are very clean, the dining area is well presented. Fantastic range of well kept ales and ciders including the excellent highly recommended Rib Tickler.

16, IvybridgeRochelle’s sits in the middle of Ivybridge within a unique setting. You can expect a very warm welcome within a unique and cosy environment.
This is a great setting for lunch or breakfast, but set your expectations at the medium range as quality varies greatly. Eggs and usual produce seem great but things like sauces, bread, and cheese are of the lower end of quality. Think bookers bread or sausages.
If you want a fried breakfast expect to pay a premium for a product that isn’t premium or local.
If Rochelle’s wants to argue the above them please do.

The few times I have been in the store I was always taken back by their popularity and their familiarity with the customers, who obviously were regular customers. It’s not gastro food it’s obviously a kabab takeout store who are able to deliver food to my home.
Living in a remote village does give limited access to food delivery, these guys do offer a better service and food compared with the other limited delivery takeaway places in my area.

Leisure Centre, Erme Court, Leonards Road, IvybridgeFirst time swimming at Ivybridge leisure centre, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming showing and explaining everything too me. Swimming pool facilities were lovely especially with the roof open. Looking forward to returning soon.

A38, Ivybridge, PlymouthAlways stop here when we are visiting family in Plymouth or exploring the wider South West. Always loved Endsleigh as a kid and still love it now. Special mention to the lovely Gail from the houseplants section that was hugely helpful (and convinced me to buy more plants than I intended!)
