First time visiting, table for 2 at short notice, service extremely friendly and polite, food, prices very reasonable, good size portions, we both had the 8oz honey roast gammon steak, chips, eggs and peas. Cooked to absolute perfection ? ? 100% awesome experience and we will definitely be back. Thank-you. What a refreshing change.

Stopped by on our trip here in Dartmoor. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Staff were attentive and we didnt need to wait to be served. We had some desserts as we had already eaten. Came pretty quickly, hot and delicious.Pics will be attached. Thanks for making our trip more enjoyable. Highly recommend! My friend asked for a vegan version of the crumble and it was no issue! Also tasted amazing!Small short stay carpark round the corner was also very reasonably priced.

Was looking for a Sunday roast & stopped in Ivybridge, walked up through the town & came across this little pub. Amazing roast & staff.

Excellent fish and chips.Mushy peas were more like mashed garden peas...or as the waitress termed it not like fish and chip shop mushy peas. Some things not available on the menu.

In town for a football game and popped in for a pint. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, decent selection of well kept beer. I didn't have time to eat, but the food nearby customers had looked and smelled amazing. Definitely back next time I'm in Ivybridge.

Food was amazing. Waitress was excellent. Ignored by the bar staff on arrival. Only one other table occupied on the first weekend of December. Expecting to be busy, but totally empty.

We visited for the first time this evening & had an excellent pint of Jail Ale with an amazing burger. The coleslaw should be available as a side dish - it's delicious!
