We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. We were surprised how busy the place was on a Tuesday night but the waiter kindly found us a quiet table. The service was good and food plentiful and tasty. Good to see vegan options.

Nice pub shame for the room.Rooms: We looked at staying but the general condition of the pet friendly room put us off staying, also the area outside the room very poor condition with the kitchen exhaust right outside.Food & drinks: Standard St Allstall brewery's food.
We had lunch here on 26.2.24Nice atmosphere, lots of cosy rooms with a log fire in oneWe had requested a quiet corner and it was just rightService attentive and, importantly, we didn't feel rushedMenu a little limited, especially as the fish main was off, but we both had two starters instead and it was plenty! Very nicely cooked to order.Just right for a sisters' lunch!

Lunched here yesterday.. very busy but staff were so helpful and efficient. Food choice was great, with smaller bites as well as standard meals. Quality of food exceptional, and as a person with a number of medical dietary requirements, to be able to eat from any menu is a bonus. Food arrived in a timely fashion. Great ambiance.. highly recommend
