A huge thank you, we came along as friends and had the most fantastic day. A wonderful venue, the opportunity to make sourdough at various stages so we covered the whole process. The food provided by Holly and David throughout the day was genuinely the best provision I’ve had on any course. Had a great day today at the Sourdough Saturday course at Manna from Devon. Dave knows his stuff and is a great teacher and the perfect, genial host, making the whole group feel welcome and comfortable. I've been extremely well fed too by Holly, who served up gorgeous food and drinks all through the day and I've learnt a lot too. I shared the course with some good folk too! Definitely would recommend.Thanks very much both, good luck for the future.

Learnt so much on the fundamental course. Will be making pizza like a pro now. Also, loads of guidance on which oven to buy. Highly recommended if you own or are thinking of owning a pizza oven.
