Generally very good, with great views, tasty smooth coffee, and good homemade snacks. Savoury platters up to standard too. Always hard for a small business with a high turnover to be utterly charming with every customer, but a reasonable balance between polite and quick achieved. Is it a destination in itself? Combined with the view? yes. Nearby free parking not a problem out of season.
Brilliant lunch, really lovely food and loads of great vegan options - it was very busy on our visit (bank holiday) and they got through the crowds so easily, well done to all the staff, thank you for a really nice lunch and being really friendly.Vegetarian options: Veggie and vegan optionsDietary restrictions: Lots for Vegans and I thinking spotted Gluten Free stuff too

Lovely cosy, relaxed cafe. I had really good coffee and cake. Very friendly staff and dog friendly. Beautiful views over mouth of river and has outside seating with same views. Great to combine visit here with a coast walk.
