“Lovely food but surprisingly expensive. £25.50 for two salads and half a quiche each (we shared a single portion) - no drinks. The salads were supposedly large but I'd say that's a subjective description up for debate. I'd recommend though if you've got the cash to spare.”

“I love the pharmacy cafe. The staff are friendly, cheerful and accommodating. The food is so nice and OMG the cakes!! They are out of this world. Very talented cake makers. Prices are great as well. They also allow dogs which is brilliant for me.”

“Just dropped in for a cream tea. We had the savoury option. The scone was very fresh and tasty with two portions of butter each a nice piece of cheddar cheese and a lovely pineapple and onion pickle. Enough tea for three cups. Service was good and we were made to feel welcome even with our very loud little grandson. The coffee was excellent. Seating well spaced out so did not feel crowded. All in all very good and not too expensive.”

“Stopped off in Newton Abbott on the way to Torquay for a quick break when we discovered this wonderful coffee shop. The service was excellent as was the Cappuccino and the delicious bacon bap . Would love to have this concept in my locality .Parking: Car park directly opposite.”

Great menu and nice welcoming staff help to make sure you feel welcome.The menu is broad and food well presented and great quality and freshness.Atmosphere great especially at different times of day when the smoker is on.The location is good, with kid friendly outside seating.I'd have given 5 stats but the beers was not all available, only 2 toilets and parking can be a mild concern, although they have additional, However I may change the stars up on my next visit ?Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and family run.Parking: Can be tight at times.”

“Nice clean spacious garage forecourt so you are not packed in when filling up with fuel and you can actually leave to continue your journey when you have paid for your petrol !Staff friendly and helpful ...covid secure site as they have a traffic light system to limit human body numbers inside to pay for fuel and food .EGNot like the other garages that also sell food where you cannot exit when other petrol customers are purchasing food / doing their shopping due to how tight the petrol pumps are located to one and another...a nightmare !You must know the garage ?Wishing you all a safe summer 2021????”
