Staff were not helpful i asked for a chicken without bone but they gave me a chicken meal with bones and it was too over priced even my mate got some popping chicken that was like 8£ like does KFC want to take your money.

You need to wash your floors with boiling water and bleach!!! Worse than in a club after a new year's eve night! Makes me wonder how clean the rest of the place is. Server also keeps keeping the most expensive meal possible when you choose something else.

Sadly the newton abbot KFC quality was dropped, pretty disappointing really, purchase a 6 piece bucket on offer, 4 drumsticks that were falling apart and 2 thighs, the cut looks like it's changed more bone and hardly any meat on them, until prices drop, there's is no way this is good value for money any more and I certainly won't be visiting KFC far a while, MacDonalds look a much better option with there app and rewards scheme, plus I preferred the old app at KFC where you could save your points and get £5 off, after spending £10.99 on poor quality my reward was 1 mini fillet that are no bigger then your finger? not much of an incentive to go back ?

Sadly it's never been a good kfc but it's certainly become worse over the years. Look at the floors...dirty. touch the counters...sticky. And the staff is a mix of friendly and positive and rude and aggressive young women. An employee was quite rude to use recently and clearly wasn't enjoying their work. It's always cramped and the food chris be hit an miss. It's not good enough for the price.

Just been here with the missus.. I had the bargain bucket for one.. Was really nice.. Tasted good and far better than the food you get given at the paignton kfc..

Absolutely shocking food and extortionate prices paid £5.79 for 3 tiny pieces of original recipe chicken it was greasy and dry and £10.49 for a fillet tower box meal is disgusting. Will never go to kfc again go to eat the bird in exeter I know it’s more expensive but the chicken is super nice and it’s really filling and tasty.

Ordered a burger box meal. The burger came without sauce and the extra dip that was meant to be included in the box was missing as well. Not the first time that this happens either… poor poor service!!!
