We were at newton abbot 6:30 this morning,waited a long time for our food take a takeawayFood was not very warm and our coffees were cold.We could not go back as we are traveling up northVery disappointedOn a lighter note we received no ticket with our number on your assistant was a very nice lady and happy for that early in the morning ?

This Macdonalds can get extremely busy, although they do seem to keep things moving quite quickly. Evertime we have eaten here, we have always found the food very good. Coffee is always good and it always seems very clean inside and staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely return. 10 out of 10 ?Parking: Lots of parking and if it's not too busy you can park virtually next to the entrance. Never had a problem parking.

Missing order , not first time . People there got problem with reading I think...Poor service ...For the complain about missing order , guy from mcdonald tell us to contact just eat at 11 p.m .... completly joke..

Terrible service. Nothing wrong with the food but you don’t always get everything you order.Have used them twice recently and both times one item was missing.Not recommended if you are using their delivery service. ?

Waited over 30 minutes for food then got a parking fine! Will not return againParking: Parking is a joke. Waited 30 minutes for food then got a parking fine for overstaying. Will not go back again. Customer service response is that if you're going to be late then let the manager know in advance.
Have used this drive thru quite a lot and have nothing but praise for the people who work herethey do such an amazing job when you consider how many orders they do a day food is always spot on and the people who work here are always really polite and friendlyWell done you should be proud of yourselves great service

Just been in to order 2 double cheese burgers waiting over 20 minutes for it orders minutes after came and went out so quicker then my order and when got my 2 little burgers they where cold all the way through the staff are just slow and talk to
