Only fast food establishment within 30mins of Belstone. McDonald's Marsh Barton. Exeter. No delivery service, no pre-order and collect. Having said that, the food was cooked well and we enjoyed it. Whopper with cheese. chips and onion rings.Parking: Store location is at Sourton Cross services and Travel Lodge. plenty of parking. Greggs are also on site.

Absolute cesspit, you should be ashamed of it, beating hoover filter out on railings by door as you walk in, urine all over floors in toilets, food all over seating, some old retired boy cleaner, looks like he couldn't care less leaning all over counter passing time of day with burger server, dread to think what its like where you can't see

Staff kind and helpful, I visited with a disabled person and the staff at the till went out of their way to deliver our order to our table. Food excellent , service fantastic Clean environment Will visit again

Worst bk ever. The place is a toilet, massively run down building and mess everywhere. Whopper had hardly any lettuce and sauce. Lettuce I did have , was the white crunchy bottom of the stalk bits. Pattys were as dry as ghandi's flip flops.And to top it, the 'chiefs' were practising their ninja kicks in the kitchen, nice.

Burger King is fine. Just the building itself is run down. Awful car park potholes. Do not understand why it is not remodelled and enhanced as is a very busy services that would have good thoroughfare.

Turned up at 8:30. First said as closing in 30 mins they won’t take cash. Once sorted to pay with card they said they have no food left. This was at 8:30pm. Terrible service.

It is dirty and needs a good clean . Also went and sat down for a while whilst waiting for food .As we got our food we were told we had to leave as it wasn't insured to sit at the table and chairs when it 6 pm . Shocking
Stopped here for a hot lunch. Only a couple of people in the restaurant at lunch (wonder why). Faced with a very unhelpful member of staff who clearly couldn't be bothered to serve or engage. Told me to use the computerised order and payment. Tried to explain I wanted to pay cash and as I was stood directly in front of him and the till ciuld he take the order. But he just walked off. The same happened to 2 other customers while I was there. So I took my buisness to Greg's as did a couple more people. What a disappointment really surprised that a company as large as burger King is emloying staff with this attitude. You don't get it at McDonald's......

Visited the shell garage this evening,only to get snacks on the way home was served by a delightful young lady who commented on my dress , just wanted to say thank you as you made my day if not week . Till next time

Had to use the self ordering interface as the server could not be bothered. Food was good but the public toilets were disgusting. Not great for my wife or mother-in-

Forced to order at a machine At till order entered manually by staff member — what a wssyr of time !! Order put in incorrectly as ‘plain’ - not what I ordered at the machine. I did not realise until down the road. Ever had a dry plain chicken royale — the countty animals would probably like it !! Site for s dirty , cold and ‘empty’ - no atmosphere or any friendliness

Very young manager clearly has insufficient command. Worst chicken royal ever, a pint of mayo (most of it ended up on my shirt, trousers and the car) and three small bits of lettuce. I complained and nobody actually seemed to care. The replacement burger was better...otherwise it would have been a 1 for food.
