20 minute wait just to be told breckfast has finshed now and I should of come earlier.Old food was cold and so waited 20 minutes for a very bad over priced coffee.Ruxe and slow staff go any other place for food

Disappointed to see how dirty this place was. Tables were covered in debris from previous customers. Toilets poor with no toilet paper available in one and hand dryers not working.

Random services stop whilst driving - chose Greggs over the BK next to it. I had a corned beef pasty and a donut, with a hot choccy, yum! Pasty was fairly hot, not warm like it had been sat there all day. Not too much seating in the whole place, but we got a seat whilst the rain shower passed, then we left.

Had to wait 10 mins for one part of order, 20 mins for the other. Sausage bap not up to usual Greggs' standard, seemed a little undercooked. Vegan sausage roll was much more undercooked and my son threw up after eating only half of it.

Be good if you did gluten free, and more vegan/vegetarian option

Warning look out for the meal deals they might be a rip-off for example tuna sandwich £2.50 regular tea £1.45 if bought separately would be £3.95 but when presented at the till offered the "meal deal" of £4.40!!!!Only when I challenged it and the member of staff went for a supervisor was I offered it at the correct price.If I hadn't been paying attention or perhaps busy with children or getting orders for someone else I might have succumbed to the con.I think this is sharp practice.

The staff at Sourton are lovely….they have been so accommodating to my requests. My son is autistic and only eats certain foods and they always cook a pizza for me in the morning. Not on the breakfast menu but never too much trouble! Thank you to a great team…..
