Poor - selected this as a preferred location to drop off an Amazon return. At the counter the first woman yelled for another to come help her as she didn't know what she was doing.The second sauntered over huffing and puffing making it very clear that this was more than inconvenient.The first went out the back to look for 'black Amazon bags' but they could only find bin liners, whilst the second loudly made it known to her coworkers, me and every one in the store that she didn't remember what needed to be done with the tablet to process the return. A queue had formed and everyone in it was staring as they loudly, yet unsuccessfully tried to figure it out. 5 minutes later they simply said they couldn't work out what to do. As they were shortstaffed couldn't waste any more time on it. I'd have to take the return elsewhere. Spent the afternoon on the phone with Amazon getting the return cancelled and reassigned to another store in town where a 15 year old lad managed to serve me with a smile and no issue whatsoever. Suggest Shell withdraw this service until your training issue is resolved. Some basic customer service wouldn't go amiss whilst you're at it.

Absolute cesspit, you should be ashamed of it, beating hoover filter out on railings by door as you walk in, urine all over floors in toilets, food all over seating, some old retired boy cleaner, looks like he couldn't care less leaning all over counter passing time of day with burger server, dread to think what its like where you can't see

Some toothless woman behind the check out told me to wait as she scanned the customer items while they ware still browsing in the shop and going to toilet . She was happily standing doing nothing and told me off !Absolutely disgusting costumer serviceI left my items in the front of her and left ! ?????????

Staff kind and helpful, I visited with a disabled person and the staff at the till went out of their way to deliver our order to our table. Food excellent , service fantastic Clean environment Will visit again

It is dirty and needs a good clean . Also went and sat down for a while whilst waiting for food .As we got our food we were told we had to leave as it wasn't insured to sit at the table and chairs when it 6 pm . Shocking

Visited the shell garage this evening,only to get snacks on the way home was served by a delightful young lady who commented on my dress , just wanted to say thank you as you made my day if not week . Till next time

Forced to order at a machine At till order entered manually by staff member — what a wssyr of time !! Order put in incorrectly as ‘plain’ - not what I ordered at the machine. I did not realise until down the road. Ever had a dry plain chicken royale — the countty animals would probably like it !! Site for s dirty , cold and ‘empty’ - no atmosphere or any friendliness

Disgusting!! The place was filthy - food and rubbish all over the floor, surfaces not wiped and again rubbish on them. I think it’s time Burger King and Greggs got their act together….did we learn nothing from Covid and keeping places clean. They could learn something from the clean and tidy Waitrose/Shell service station next door which was immaculate!
Use the Currant Bun in the nearby truck stop. Excellent food, staff that really want to help, good value. BK bleddy awful and those stupid touch screen order things that don't allow you to order what you want if the damned things work at all don't help. Unhelpful staff, continually smoking out the back and not washing their hands is not encouraging. Oh by the way, hot food helps too?

Always stop in here when I come back from the North the service at this Service station is the best.

Awful, the 1st view you get is the staff out the back smoking and spitting. Never saw any of them wash their hands!Next, that bloody rediculous touch screen ordering system which won't allow you to order what you want? Approached the counter and the thing informed me he wasn't allowed to take orders over the counter or apparently assist customers in using the wretched ordering system. Disintrrested and could hardly string 2 words together. The answer? Go to the lower car park, use the burger van there, he speaks English, helpful and charming. Great value proper chips, proper tea and the burger was lovely, real cheese too. Burger King lost about 30 quid in that order, don't bother with them. Sadly Subway has closed here too.
