I can honestly say not a good coffee... it was just favour hot water and if it wasn't for sugar would be bloody awful. I am a coffee drinker and was shocked at the coffee I got here... I think I'll stick to coffee number 1 on the high street... There u get a decent coffee without needing to add sugar to hide the taste. I suggest frankies tries there coffee then try one of their own and maybe the owner will know what a decent coffee should taste like.

Went here today because I was cold and hungry and wetherspoons was closed for refurbishment. I am so glad I did because it's a great little place. I ordered a regular breakfast and a coffee. The breakfast was great value for money a d it was cooked fresh a d served hot!!! The two ladies that served me were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be going back when next in paignton. Thank you ladies.

My fiance and I had a weekend in Paignton, we stopped into Frankies for a late breakfast. The food was great, value for money is simply superb, I ate myself silly for under a tenner. The best thing though is that every table had a toaster!!!!! Amazing. I cannot recommend Frankies enough. Thank you to the lovely staff. See you again.

Dirty place, nasty food, beans and mushrooms were cold, bacon burnt,sausage inedible, have to cook your own toast, milk shake all dripping down the glass, latte disgusting, all the sauce bottles were near empty, dogs allowed in there, overall waste of my money would never go in again, only nice thing is the friendly girl waitress

Brilliant little find while visiting Paignton for the day with family. Wanted a lunch time snack and we were not disappointed. Great little traditional cafe, with really friendly service, greeted us with a genuine smile and were told there was a short wait for food - it was no more than 15 minutes and the food was well worth the short wait! Decent size portions, really hot, and very tasty! Great value. Would absolutely recommend this little gem. Keep up the great work guys!
